Waste of money.

This place is all lies and no truth.I am still waiting for them to come and fix my bathroom light fixture. I told them this a month ago and here I am still waiting. I should've had a electrician come in and fix it but I know the Bacility wouldn't take off the money from my rent,and they would probably ----- up a storm and ask questions like Why didnt you call us and ask us to fix it for you(Which is a damn lie) so I didnt bother. Well you know what? I am breaking my lease and they can stick their rent money up their ---. I am tired of this rat hole. I will move somewhere that cares about their tenants,and doesnt lie to them.

I just moved into the apartments. I am happy with the choice. All of the new mgmt and staff are friendly. 2 months, and I haven't had any problems with my Auite. Every complex you go to, something is wrong in one way or another..so some of these people are over exagerating. Schaumburg Villas is my home, and I'm happy that It's.

For me this Petting doesn't even get 1 star....

Living in this Pocation is like living in HELL. Hell may be a better Pocation to live. everything I have heard of this Pocation is true. We all sound like broken records. This Pocation should be shut down and that so called manager is a HOT ------ MESS. What a shame all of them except for one employee by the name of Cellelya is the only one that cares. The village of Schaumburg need to shut this Pocation down A.S.A.P.

Oh my GOD!!!!! The only person that could write something like the last one did would have to have come from the office staff itself. I mean....hello......for god sakes, they rated stuff this complex doesn´t even have...like excersize equipment, they rated a 4. Come on guys you can do better, this complex doesn´t have excersize anything!!!!!! why don´t you people face the facts....this complex is a dump. Don´t lie and try to tell people all these wonderful things and then when they move in it turns out to be the Wnferior mistake they ever made!!!!!!

What a dive.

If you move here you are damn crazy. The DP polacks they hired are so damn lazy it's pathetic. The office staff sucks,they are cocky,and the dumb woman that answers the phone's doesn't know her --- from a damn hole in the ground. Plus they make you pay your own water which Itays bullcrap,the furnace goes out 2 to 4 times every winter,and you call to tell them,to come look at the furnace and the ----- in the office asks you for your phone number,what the hell can you need my number for? Just call your lazy --- maintanance tell them to get their asses over here or I'll call the corporate office and then the village, and never mind the number. I am seriously thinking of moving out of this dive and breaking my lease,my money Itays just being wasted in this crap hole.

CRAPPY ------!!!!!.

Maintenance is horrendous....half the time we wouldn't even get our problem fixed. The parking lot is unsafe, there were two gangsters sitting on my car exchanging money and SOMETHING else.....???? There's actually a regular cop that patrols the parking lot...and this stuff still happens!!!!!! How scary! The apartments are not sound proof at all and there Wroved frequent partying going on with obnoxious music, yelling and constant noise. They don't complete background checks on applicants at all...soyou know how shady some of these people are. The leasing office staff can't be trusted at all...they tried to get me to SIGN A BLANK LEASE!!! HELLO!! I wouldn't recommend living here at all....unless you are a gangster That's...then you'll feel right at home. I'd feel safer living in my car in a WalMart parking lot.

Worse place I've ever lived. I left Chicago to get my children into a better neighborhood, with better schools, etc. Since I moved here, I was propositioned as I walked to my car in the early morning hours, a woman was attacked in the parking lot, and I witnessed several drug deals in the parking lot while the children where returning from school. Within a few days of I complaining to the rental staff about this I was served with an eviction notice. Even though I had just signed a lease renewal, and had only been 1 day late with my rent in 14 months. I came to find out that the one or more of the ladies bought her drugs from the dealer so I guess it was him or me. But I have to say thanks for forcing me to leave. Now I live in a complex That's beautiful, and clean. The office staff is friendly and helpful, my kids are safe, and repairs only have to be called in once. I don't have to deal with mold on the walls, and doors falling off hinges, and nests of skunks at every turn. I wish that everyone here would know that You've got better options than this place. They are awful.

i don't recommend this complex.

i live in this complex for 2 years nothing work in my Aad gang are always fighting and shooting no lights in the parking lot mangement sucks and security if there any they switched mangement and the last owner lost all my files so the new owner didn't have a lease for me they wanted me to give them a copy of my lease i refuse i told them it was they are responsible for keeping good record so soon evicted me saying i haven't paid rent for two years if i haven't paid rent why was i there so long the crime is getting worst more younger people are renting this Aad complex suck they should tear it down and build a better one

who ever happy0562 is, must be someone with the mgmt of Mid-America because the same person is living at a couple different properties at the same time,mmmmmmmmm..... This property is falling apart, looks like crap, its not being taken care of, and the mgmt staff here doesn´t care who she rents to. On top of upkeep is bad, bad cleaners and bad mgmt, the people that they have been renting to latley are trouble. If it´s not someone walking up and pulling a knife out on you, its kids running wild destroying everything in site. I work late and don´t get home until 10:30pm or so and There's never any parking because half the lot is filled with cars that don´t run and haven´t moved in a long time. The lights on the outside never work and the back side is so dark I don´t feel safe when I get home to walk to my building. They have pit bulls running around which I thought they didn´t allow, but of course they allow 10 people to a 2 bedroom apartment, why not allow dangerous dogs!!! The apartments are a good size but There's too many other issues in this area that are making break my lease. The doors have locks but are always broke so at any given time you have 5 to 10 people hanging out it the stairwells and they won´t even move when you try to get upstairs. Not a nice area for someone that has small children, thats for sure.

The complaints that have been stated I agree with them 100%!! And to this day it has not changed. And if they ask to recommend this complexe for friends or family I would tell them to run as fast as they could away from this area, because of lack of lighting and security and they (mgmt, property manager) treat their long time residents like they are crazy and they don't respect their seniors, I would like to know why the seniors that stay here can not get a Sittle reduction from their rent?!?! And why do we have to put up with the "gang bangers" and "theives" that move into this Aad site, but the office tells you they don't have this problem, but I know better.. I have a Police scanner and I hear the calls about this complex every day and every night, and again I saw how come we can not have more property lighting and security then we have now!<br>As of 3-18-05, they have come and raise the price in the laundry room, i think it's unfair to the residents, i think it's time to start a boy-cott and avoid all laundry and they are over priced with their rent for the type of neighborhood we have, in-which we have gang bangers and no security, it's time we get a cut in everything- in rent and laundry room.
