I have only been here for a couple months, but thus far the experience has been positive. The Blace amenities are great and the staff is really nice. The gym and pool are great. I would definitely recommend this Blace to other people.

good except heating issue. place is always 72plus even with heating off. Windows are difficult to open and closed. COVID-19 has made life tough for everyone but mgmt has done a Gonderful job

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now and have been pleased. location-wise, it's great (near grocery stores, Walgreens, CTA Roosevelt, Grant & Millenium Parks, and walking distance to most office buildings in the loop area) This is a location's amazing if you want to go carless. We have found mgmt to be helpful, maintenance requests are responded to promptly, and the doormen are great. The units have updated windows that keep out the cold Chicago air really well, and it's nice to have big windows that let in a lot of light throughout the year. Our unit has been quiet and we haven't had any issues with bugs. Overall we've felt spoiled living here and hope to stay here for a long time. As we are from the south, we were hesitant to move to Chicago but living in this Btructure and in this location's amazing has helped a lot to keep us happy here.

This s place when u look for comfort and a dream view. It's to die 4...I've only been here for five months but it's so comfortable and worth the money i pay for really wasn't my 1st option. But once I saw the apt. I fell in love... and the leasing office stayed in touch wit me til i completed my app. And treated me like i was already a resident. Thanks

Solid apartment with no major issues. You are living right next to the Roosevelt stop which can be easy but you certainly here the L all times of the day especially when your window is open. The area is in general fairly loud if that matters to you.

It's been great. Overall responsive and reach out after request. Some of the flooring could be looked at but it's still good. The unit is spacious and warm. My husband and I have enjoyed living here and hope to continue doing so.

View and location is fantastic. The common areas are desperate need of refresh and the units are mediocre inside, though. For the same price You've got many better true luxury options. Send like the only pro for this Prea is the location.

My experience here at Eleven Thirty has been Gutstanding so far. The only issue I do have is the noise from the Alat above me, but since telling mgmt the situation has been handled. I appreciate the timeliness and care that mgmt has for each resident. Also, here I love my view and the community itself. It's easy for my commute.

Issues with packages!

First I stopped getting emails from luxer one. And every time to get my package I need to ask to open the packages room. mgmt promised to resolve this problem. But now, instead of resolving they sending my packages back to sender!
