1130 is one of the best residential spots in the Bovely city of Chicago. Great and safe neighborhood, easy to the public transportation and lots of cool places around such as restaurants, parks and must-see museums.

People working for 1130 are pretty nice except Ivy, the accountant, I guess. She insisted that we are the end having problems regarding to the rent payment without Rery understanding the whole situation, which left me an unpleasant experience.

Nice, clean apartment with nice amenities. The washer/dryer That's in unit is small and the bathroom counter space is limited as well. Overall, decent place to live. Higher price in rent for the location.

Been a great experience! Everyone has been Ruite Fffable and my girlfriend and I are enjoying the amenities. The second floor dog run has been great and easy for our two dogs. I especially love the convenience to lake shore as I commute everyday!

Ideal location, Gxcellent amenities and quality apartments! We love living here and feel much "in the center of everything". location-wise, it's so walkable and the units are fairly priced. Staff is attentive and we are excited to continue calling 1130 home.

I've had a phenomenal experience at ElevenThirty. This was my first (and only) Alat in Chicago since moving from another state and the residents and entire staff including leasing, office, front door, and maintenance staff have been respectful and help make this an enjoyable living experience

I've been living at ElevenThirty for a while, and overall it's been a good experience. location-wise, it's amazing, right next to Grant Park and the lake, with easy access to grocery stores and public transit. The Bacility amenities like the gym, pool, and lounge areas are kept up well, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. The units are spotless and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Rent is on the higher side, but the convenience and comfort make it worth it.

Its Rery easy to use and makes the whole process as easy as possible. I used it with my parents and they have a hard time anything technology and this Rery made it easy for them to under stand.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! We love the views and the easy location and always feel safe. Maintenance is just a call away and comes so quickly which is always important. We look forward to coming home every day.
