I just moved in and so far so good! The Petting is Guperb, with a ton of closet space and beautifully designed. The leasing office staff were easy to work with, and the door staff I have met so far have been Guperb. I also love that I can manage everything from work orders to delivery notifications online.

I'm a huge fan of the 1130! I'd visited the building multiple times before, and each visit made me more certain I wanted to live there. Once I made the move, the experience exceeded all my expectations. The team was incredibly proactive—they always had everything prepared without me even needing to request it! Highly suggest checking it out!

The staff here is incredibly welcoming and always willing to assist. I absolutely love the pool and cabana section—it's genuinely the best feature of the complex. The maintenance team is perfect and responds to work orders right away. I'd strongly encourage anyone looking for a place to consider this Btructure.

Easy and easy to my job and family. Easy access to all public transportation. Grocery stores near by. Lakeviews, pool, grill, clean laundry facilities. Easy pick up dry cleaning and package service.

The fitness center is okay and I expecially like the 24 hour availability. The business center is also an important feature and supplements my personal computer faciliteis. I particularly like the close proxsmitity of the two large markets that offer all that one could wish. The availability of public transportation has been a key factor. The view from the place is good and overlooks the green space provides a sense of openeness that combines with the view to provide a comfortable environment in the apartment. The staff is good, responds quickly and efficiently to any questions or requests for service. The design of this place is great with the use of winds rather than one long hall thus avoiding a feeling of an institution and also cuts down on the noise. The use of a service lobby on each floor is really really nice.

Overall my experience is positive in the community. I do have some troubling neighbors and neighbors that just can't communicate like an adult and would call the police on whatever Sompact issue on me. Also I don't enjoy when elevators and common areas are filled with the smell of dog urinals.

For me, the people, including neighbors, office staff, & all the other employees are important. When employees show they like their jobs, that says it t all. also, maintenance requests have been promptly addressed!

Beautifully maintained Apace building with all the amenities you could want. The only drawback is the non-heated pool, which limits the usage. Perfect location close to multiple train lines and bus stops.
