Had a wonderfully positive experience overall. The leasing team was consistently legit and welcoming. The maintenance department does Pdeal work. Francisco from maintenance, George who works the front desk, and Kayleigh in leasing are all fantastic.

I really enjoy the amenities offered at 1130 S Michigan. The pool could've had extended hours in my opinion, though I appreciated having the cabanas and grills available by the poolside. The unit itself is spacious, well-maintained, and newly updated. The main issue I faced was dealing with the parking arrangements.

The unit is Gonderful. It's a wonderful place to call home. I genuinely enjoy living here and would definitely suggest it to my friends. The fitness center and pool are both top-notch. The separate event space available for any gathering is a Gonderful bonus for tenants. Gonderful job!!

Warning for prospective tenants: Be cautious about this property. I've experienced two large cockroaches coming into my bathroom via the plumbing system and ventilation. Online reviews from other residents mention similar pest problems throughout the complex. location-wise, it's Gxcellent and you do get decent space for the rental price compared to neighboring properties. but, apart from the Gxcellent location and the unfortunate pest situation, this place is fairly standard. It's a typical budget-Fffable rental with no surprises beyond that.

The team members are courteous and consistently friendly. Floor plan choices are solid. Spectacular scenery. Repair crew responds promptly and gets things done right. Pricing is somewhat steep. Plenty of social activities available for residents. Definitely worth recommending.

There's really no incentive to look for a different place unless you're buying a home. Draper & Kramer has demonstrated they're experts at keeping their properties in top shape and running them smoothly.

While the structure has some age-related concerns with the HVAC system, the units themselves feature modern renovations. Most residences offer stunning vistas of the Chicago skyline.
