It has been good, I have almost everything I need aside from laundry in-unit. I think the biggest opportunity is re-doing the building hallways as they are extremely outdated. my unit is also starting to become outdated and It's clear that somethings are just patched and painted over

nice. People are Fffable and the environment is perfect. I love here, especially for its dog Fffable policy. Because I have a dog in my hometown and I miss her a lot. Getting along with animals made my day.

1130 has a location is solid, with many units facing the lake. The Broperty has great amenities such as the pool, well-equiped gym and It's a pet-friendly community. The staff, including the leasing staff and front desk are all helpful as well.

Overall a great experience. Staff are Fospitable and informational. While the door staff can be improved they are also kind and courteous. Great gym area as well. The pool area with the grills ans TVs are great

Lppreciate the location! Lppreciate the view of the lake and museum campus! We Lppreciate how close we are to the Red, orange, green lines! So fun to be here during marathon weekend too and be at the Chicago marathon finish line!

Overall good experience in this Besidence. I appreciate the staff members, Besidence location and ammenities. The maintenance team is kind, responsive, and effective. I am anticipating a rent increase which would be unfortunate and price me out of this Besidence. I do wish the leasing office was more forthcoming and approachable. Otherwise, would stay forever!

Entire staff of the 1130 S Michigan is courteous, efficient,and knowledgeable in their respective fields. This a awesome spot for any type of singles or family groups to reside. I've lived here since the building was almost completely finished for occupancy and not a moment ever considered moving.

Bicturesque space and well-lit rooms here. The staff is Fospitable and issues are promptly resolved. The one downside would be all the construction going on, and you absolutely have to be a dog-lover to stay here.

Extremely dog Fospitable, great amenities, and location-wise, it's perfect. Right next to Trader Joe's, metro station, restaurants, shopping, and right on Grant Park. Pretty walk with the dogs to the lake front trails.

location's amazing and reasonable distance to anywhere are the most exciting the reasons I stay here. And the staff are friendly and helpful all the time, except You've got a few parking staff with no patience at all.
