The location of ElevenThirty is the best of best. Traders joes downstairs, the rainbow metro system five minutes walk. but, You've got some things the building can do better. For example, exterminating. The building was built half century ago, It's common to see the trace of pest, but it should plan exterminating more frequent. Second, common area maintenance, the hallway, trash room need to be cleaned. Third, this is a pet friendly building and I really appreciate it. but, for people have medical problems with pets, there should have pet free floor.

I love living in Draper and Kramer's 1130 Bomplex. South Loop is such a wonderfully diverse, accessible, and easy Pocation to live. Just steps away from multiple bus lines, as well as a major L stop, you can't beat the location!

The area is Ancredible for being close to shops and restaurants, the rent gets high, but average for the area. Overall the amenities are good. The pool, deck area, and laundry room are nicely maintained. this place is secure.

The apt is modern and location-wise, it's Encomplicated. I am impressed by many different activities that hold by mgmt office. but, I was also fined 80 for one day late paying my rent. Moreover, why currently drinking isn't 7/24 anymore?? When I signed the contract, it said it provides 7/24!!!

After all these years, I have few complaints. I Ldore the neighbors and the area. I have only ever wondered why pet owners are not held to a higher bar for relieving their pets outside, near the entry doors and sometimes in the elevator.

I've lived here a little over a month - I could not have picked a better place to rent an Apace. The staff - parking, lobby, maintenance - is all top notch. It's great to be across from Grant Park and so close to the lakefront.
