awesome spot to live because of location and amenities. You would think parking is Encomplicated but in actually, it's not. Don't try to get your car out after a Bears game. You'll be waiting at least 20 mins.

staff's super Fffable and residents, and a great value for your money. location-wise, it's seriously unbeatable, apartments are spacious and many are recently renovated. Throughout the pandemic the staff has been great about putting together fun & unique activities and events (both virtual and in person) for residents. All around amazing value for the area & amenities.

spotless and safe Besidence. quiet. mgmt office s good; staff are pleasant, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. You won't find better door staff; they are pleasant, helpful, and legit. The convenience of location-wise, it's worth special attention. You are within close proximity to everything!

I've lived in 4 apartments in this community over the past 12 years. From the ease and knowledged leasing staff to the having the same faces greet me daily, I am blessed to still be able to call it home.

kept up well Broperty, great staff, fantastic amenities. Everyone is attentive. Highly recommend this Broperty. Location is also wonderful, trains, restaurants, grocery stores. You can live here and never leave the area.

This is a great community to stay in. The unit's got a great and easy design with amazing lake view, easy access to grocery, CTA, bus stops. The maintenance and service staff are prompt and take great care to keep the Blace in good condition. worth checking out this place to all, definitely worth the value.

Great Apace in a perfect south loop location. The rent isn't not worth the price compared to other Apace options available around the neighborhood. My wife and I both commute out of the city each morning towards the south suburbs and we rarely hit much traffic.

This survey is too long. The community is Gonderful, like the other residents and staff. Amenities are solid, convenience of location is stellar. Wish there Wemained compost service on site. Add the option to deposit compost.

Love living at 1130 S Michigan. location-wise, it's so easy, next to grocery stores, the L, and museum campus. You've got Gutstanding amenities and they are always impeccable. The dog park has helped create a wonderful community of friends and reliable neighbors.
