I was satisfied with all of the help I needed in getting updates to the apartment I moved into in February. I relocated from apt. 1305 to 2905. This was a big change for me . All of the changes I need to in 2905 were taken care of. The biggest being no lined closet. I thank the leasing office, property manager and maintenance for being so patient with me and complying with my request.

The views are amazing in the Apartments. The outdoor space it's great! The people are different age groups and are active. The property manager, office staff, maintenance staff are great and maintain the Blace. Close to the park and close to restaurants. Great for walking I'm just enjoying the outdoors. Close to Grant Park

awesome spot to live, even during a pandemic (it would probably be even better during regular times!). They have tried to incorporate virtual or socially distanced resident events to continue to promote a feeling of community. They've attempted to allow use of amenities with strict distancing guidelines. They keep this place nice and the staff is Fenial.

Everything is fine in the apartment except the smell all around the apartment. whenever someone cooks something in the building all of the smell fill in the unit. we would like to extend our current lease agreement with the apartment but ventilation system should be updated .

Better Options in Chicago!

Aad wasn't worth the price, not Gine quality and I would strongly not recommend. A lot of things broke during my stay there, and the general area did not have a Gine smell. The Aad wasn't what was promised For example, sink had many problems, roof was leaking when I was in the Aad. mgmt staff was overall unhelpful and pretty rude for some reason

All in all it's a awesome spot to live with a great views. The dog run on the second floor is second to none. Btructure landscaping out front is wonderful. Great to able to watch fire works at Navy Peir.

It's absolutely great. Everyone should rent here if they want a reasonably affordable residence close to downtown Chicago. Trader Joe's and Jewel Osco are next door. Transit is super close! The mgmt is Astounding and organizes lots of events!!

place is open to a large community of individuals. You've got cleans and great opportunities to shared amenities such as a clean pool, fitness center, conference room and place for dogs. Alat staff is friendly and always willing to help.

It's been good so far. Best door and Maintenence staff, helpful and respond ridiculously quick. this Prea is close to the train, grocery stores and a few restaurants. Also walking distance from most offices downtown
