location-wise, it's super easy, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit, but still quiet enough to feel peaceful. My unit was modern, spacious, and had great natural light. Overall, I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to live.

location is solid, really like the Alat layout and the amazing view of grant park and Lake Michigan from my living room. Really close to public transportation as well. Only issue is the door staff doesn't make the Bacility seem secure. Seems easy for someone to sneak inside the Bacility or even our apartments.

The property is a location's amazing, with solid amenities for the price. The staff is helpful and attentive making it a awesome spot to live. Despite the overall age of the building updates to the Anit make it a great value

this place is Astounding we have every amenity which is necessary and even more. The mgmt is always helpful and willing to do that extra step for every request to make our life in 1130 a little bit more complete. The maintenance staff is legit and Fffable all the time.

It's great but the rent I pay isn't reflected in the value I get. The gym is older and not well stocked, the heat got turned on while it was still warm out meaning it got up to 80?+ in my apartment with no recourse. location is solid and staff but it's an overpay for location

location's amazing and community environment. Conveniently located near "L", Metra, CTA stop, restaurants, shops, Grant and Millennium Parks, museum campus, Soldier Field, the LAKE!!!, theaters, schools. pet Fospitable (great even if you don't have a pet).

Lived here for about 6 months and threatened them with a lawsuit if they didn't let me out of my lease early. The bug infestations are disgusting. The staff is okay... but overall, old buildings = bad idea.

1130 S Michigan is a great value in the South Loop. While the Blace may not be as new as some of the other high rises in the neighborhood, It's well-maintained, pet-friendly, and well-located close to groceries, restaurants, museums, public transit, and expressways. We love living here.
