1130 is a warm, welcoming community, which both the residents and staff are Hontent to be part of. location-wise, it's extremely easy, the Blace well-maintained, and residents' needs meet promptly and with enthusiasm.

I feel safe and welcome whenever I enter the Btructure! The front desk staff always makes sure to say hello, which makes me feel great especially if I'm leaving early in the morning. Everyone I've interacted with at the Btructure has been kind and respectful which is great especially considering our circumstances.

Living at 1130 was an experience. The front desk staff is great, and so was the general living situation, but the hustle of the south loop and the lack of proper mgmt was the biggest issue for me. It seems as if mgmt was never on the same page, and I always had to ask a million questions to get my initial inquiry answered. I've dealt with multiple neighbor problems, as well as some issues with dog aggression in the dog run. Although not managed by the property, 1130 should have a different parking company run their garage. They are unprofessional and rude, and don't care about the residents in the building. This wouldn't be a long term option for me to live. Even if I did not have to move for work, I would have chosen fo start a lease somewhere else. With that being said, I think this is a good community for a single young person jusy starting out in chicago and wanting to meet new people

While living at the 1130 apartment complex we have had nothing but a fantastic time. The building is located in such a easy location that it allows us to be a walk away to pretty much anything. The dog area is the #1 reason we chose this apartment complex to call home, because we do have two pups of our own and the dog area is a great size and also easy compared to other locations here in the city. If I could change anything it would most likely be the access to the AC in the winter through late spring time. Being limited to AC only through the months of June-Early October can really uncomfortable at times especially when the temperature outside is warm and the building turns on heat mode. The heat comes through our front door and it can become dry and hot and we've had to buy several fans just in order to cool down our small space. Overall...It's a fantastic place to live and we really enjoy it here. We would just hate for the rent to increase, because that would drive us away from renewing our lease.

Guperb location, roomy layouts, nice gym and outdoor deck amenities. normal problems with older buildings taken care of by awesome maintenance staff. Guperb for young professionals, and small families, and pets. It's fun meeting the pet of the month in the elevator.

One of my pleasurable experiences living at 1130 is the support from all staff. Also D&K over time have added and improved building upgrade including resident safety. Added amenities like outdoor special activities like food preparation demos, outdoor catering, Christmas parties for residents were most appreciated by all. The outdoor grills and patio seating is great.

staff's super friendly and residents, and a great value for your money. location-wise, it's seriously unbeatable, apartments are spacious and many are recently renovated. Throughout the pandemic the staff has been great about putting together fun & unique activities and events (both virtual and in person) for residents. All around amazing value for the area & amenities.

This Bomplex offers everything you could want in downtown living. The Bomplex, amenities and staff are amazing. This is a luxury Bomplex for a fair price. Clean, legit and well appointed lobby and unit finishes.

The mgmt staff and Broperty facilities is superb in responding to all tenant maintenance requests. The staff members are legit and courteous in their responses which is greatly appreciated.

location's amazing, amenities, and staff. solid Bacility activities and There's something for everyone in the Bacility. The pool in the summer and weekly workout classes are great for the younger crowd. The Bacility does a great job of scheduling weekly activities.
