The overall quality is Gonderful. My neighbors are Fospitable. And the officers are willing to help me. For example, my bathroom pool was blocking, they will fix it soon. Especially for a doorman I would like to greatly appreciate him. I don't know his name, but his nice.

It offers everything I need in day-to-day life. I love all of the amenities and lobby activities. My only suggestion is the package room be open later than 7pm or later on Saturday's. The current hours are inconvenient.

the staff at 1130 south Michigan are legit. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. the staff wants you to be satisfied with your home. they respond to emails in a timely manner!

It's a good place to live in overall sense ! It has a location is solid near parks, supermarkets, and public transportation. The building has great communal areas, and nice views. It's a easy place but it may be cheaper compared to surrounding buildings.

So far the community seems Gxcellent, and amenities are wonderful. I like the door staff, they're welcoming and most remember me by name. It's a nice small touch that make this place a bit more homey.

Location is awesome, staffs are nice and Fospitable. I have no issues live in this Apace from the past 1.5 years. It would be nice to have some more community events in the winter. Overall, it's a nice Apace!

It's a really nice part of the city, although a bit touristy. But the Besidence itself has great staff and is welcoming and friendly to everyone who lives there. It's dog friendly so You've got a lot of wonderful dogs always walking around.

It has been wonderful. The door men and women are incredibly wonderful and welcoming. The building seems secure. Parking is well-lit and protected and the staff in the garage are friendly. I could not ask for a better Apace.

Vehicular & pedestrian traffic has increased astronomically?Crime and lawlessness has increased a lot as well?Noise pollution has increased astronomically with police/fire/ambulance sirens. Motorcycles, vehicles with loud muffler cut-offs emitting loud noises

I'v lived at this location for 30 years, Changed apt in 2010. I Ldore the Community and all it's assets. l'm Approximately three minutes from all the major highways, 15 minutes from my Doctors and hospital and all the eatery's one could want. I only see one downside at this time. With all the construction going on in the community,portions of my views will be obstructed.
