Tenant Reviews for 1401 S STATE ST

I'm dissatisfied with my experience as a resident and don't believe I've been treated fairly. When I've expressed my concerns about being poorly managed and given incorrect information, rather than addressing these issues or offering an apology, mgmt features suggested that I simply break my rental agreement and depart as a quick resolve. sadly, I'm not eager to relocate—I genuinely care about my space—but I'm growing concerned that staying won't improve if the situation continues to deteriorate.

The team here proves fantastic!!! They're genuinely kind, welcoming, and willing to assist with whatever comes up. They bring such fantastic vibes to the property every single day. I actually enjoy spending time in the foyer because of how delightful the staff members prove to be.

This place is not good. They do not fix anything. When you call the office for repairs they never send anyone. I have been trying to get my doorbell fixed since March of 2008 with no success. The hallways are never cleaned, the washing machine is still broke after 2 weeks. The entrance door is falling apart. However my apartment is a showplace. I have extra looks on my door. Rent is too high for what they offer. Just don't think about money here.
