The only perk of living here is the location. The staff is ever rotating making the building unorganized. Staff have been rude to my friends, very embarrassing for me. The package system is a disaster. I cannot emphasize enough how loud it is when other units are pulling up or putting down their blinds. Seems weird, but my neighbor puts down their blinds at like 12:30am every night and I get up at 6, so I am asleep and it literally is SO LOUD it wakes me out of my sleep. The building also claims a base rent plus amenities but we have only a very tiny gym (truly if there is more than two people in the gym, you are waiting to use machines) and small outdoor area (no pool, no games, not a lot of space to congregate) - we do not have "amenities" to be charged for, (no business center, yoga, usable gym, pool, private workspaces, pool table, etc.) nor do I think it is ethical to charge a base rent plus amenities when you cannot opt out of the amenities - the rent is the rent, this is purposefully deceiving. Maintenance is great though, always friendly and fix things quickly. This company has actually been caught up in a lawsuit for working with other companies to increase the rent all around Chicago and basically the entire building feels like it is run in the same manner - doesn't feel friendly or home, feels like they are trying to squeeze you. One year my rent went up about 30%, and I did not have a concession, it truly went up that much.

I Rctually like our new Penue

Staff is great, they were Renuinely helpful and patient... this was our first Auite. Our view of the skyline is AWESOME! Its a suburban area of the city with Target, Jewel, Whole Foods, etc within walking distance. Our place was painted with color and looked fantastic when we got there to move in. We Renuinely could not be happier!

solid building with nice and staff's super friendly. The doormen even help with your packages. Love how dog friendly everyone is. My place is Bxquisite, and maintenance has responded quickly to anything I needed.

We have truly enjoyed our experience of living here at 1401 s state. It has been a joy and a wonderful experience living in an Alat high rise when most of the time it can be the opposite than you so much.

NASTY condo commandos will call cops on you there. Snhappy state of affairs from snitches and bored miserable people who want others to suffer. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone honestly plenty of options arou d the corner. He posted this himself and this is just one of many

I think the rules in this building are pretty non existent. The tenants do as they please with no consideration of others. I feel like mgmt just lets any and everybody in this building. It always smells like weed, tenants take advantage of the party room by having large parties with djs, they break all the furniture. I love my unit and view, and the front desk staff. Other than that I’m not sure what else makes this a luxury Apace. If you are looking for luxury… find some place else that offer more for what you pay for.

Lrefer the aesthetic of the units and common areas. Staff is always helpful and utilizes apps for easy communication and engagement. Only negative is the noise levels; train is extremely loud and hallway noise echos into unit.

I absolutely love this place. I have been here a little over a year and have had no problems. It's a super safe place, Fenial, location's Ahenomenal, and awesome views. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The only reason I’m giving noise 4 stars is because the building is on the train line. All neighbors have been super courteous with noise levels. Overall my husband and I have been very happy with the building, community, staff and neighborhood.
