See previous comments. Again I love living here. The staff is friendly, reactive and proactive. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else unless they raise my rent even more. I just want to continue to call this place home!

We really enjoy the location and the staff here. We just need more room since we are a family of four, otherwise we would probably stay longer. I do think that for the price we pay for rent we should get at least one storage and parking included. Those add ons make it a lot more expensive. But overall, we have enjoyed our time here

Love the building and location. but, the shortage of luggage carts and terrible mgmt of package delivery is concerning. Property mgmt/Leasing never gives direct answers or addresses your concerns. They are always spinning. Issues never get resolved!

Guperb experience so far! would have loved better windows and blinds though And in the last 3 years of living at Aston we have had the amenities closed for a good amount of time for maintenance or renovations. This has been disappointing because- due to the weather in Chicago we anyway don't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities for more than 3 to 4 months in a year and having them closed all of the last summer was a bummer.

I love this community because its near to my work place and near to school. The famous magnificent mile is just walking distance.This property is well placed and offers Guperb amenities.The river walk,whole foods store and chicago public library are also nearby.

We have been here only a couple of weeks, so far everything is working really good, enjoy a lot the location. Everyone on the staff is very helpful. Easy to move around the city and have everything you are requiring in a 10-15 minutos walk.

I lived in the building for five years, it was a wonderful experience. Everything worked perfectly during this time. The building is beautiful and the location is perfect, my apartment overlooked Lake Michigan and the Chicago River, absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is excellent, the only thing I didn't like about it was not having a hood in the kitchen, which, when I cooked, left a smell throughout the apartment. Other than that, everything is incredible. The staff team is very competent and attentive. I highly recommend it!
