I lived in the building for five years, it was a wonderful experience. Everything worked perfectly during this time. The building is beautiful and the location is perfect, my apartment overlooked Lake Michigan and the Chicago River, absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is excellent, the only thing I didn't like about it was not having a hood in the kitchen, which, when I cooked, left a smell throughout the apartment. Other than that, everything is incredible. The staff team is very competent and attentive. I highly recommend it!

mgmt here is extremely sketchy—they don't honor what they promise. My experience with them has been absolutely Tad. They constantly misplace documents. They're dishonest about virtually everything. If you're considering living here, keep copies of every email, document, and receipt (they'll nickel-and-dime you for anything possible when it's time to move out). The neighborhood itself is Gonderful, but the mgmt is seriously subpar.

Great community and prompt maintenance staff. Easy access to everything in a walker friendly part of town. Nice amenities in the Bomplex, including pool, gym and roof top. The best views of the city too!

I've been a resident at Aston for approximately 6 months and have had an great time here. The team members are incredibly quick to respond, the area is wonderful with easy walking access to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, dining establishments, and nightlife options, and the facilities are well-maintained and modern.

Moving to Aston has been the best decision I've made in 2019. I love the vibes and energy overall. I would love to see the Steam-room back up and running soon as I use it in my daily routine. The amenities and community itself are simply Ancredible. I planned to live here for a while. Thanks Aston! Keep up the Gice work! Lets get the mens steam-room fixed ASAP. Thanks!
