I'm in med school and a quiet, well-lit, peaceful Besidence is a must. I looked at 7 buildings in Streeterville when I moved in, and I am renewing my lease for my fourth and last yr in this Besidence before I move for residency. The doorstaff are Fenial, helpful, and not intrusive as they are in other buildings. Maintenance is completed within 24-48 hrs, and You've got zero hassles. I've had other landlords who have been difficult about maintenance,, and It's great to live here as It's hassle-free. The elevators are exceptionally fast (McClurg Ct across the street has slow elevators) and this place is quiet. When you walk the halls, you note that You've got usually 6-8 units/floor, and the halls are silent. It's great to be able to come home after a 14 hr day and be able to relax, without listening to your neighbors' loud music/TV/etc. While the rent is at times a bit pricey compared to other buildings around the neighborhood, the $100 or so extra a month that you pay are well-worth it when you consider the hassle of neighbors are loud, poorer maintenance, and less-responsive mgmt that other buildings have. Another note - all the units are filled with windows that are 5 or so ft tall, wall to wall. This makes a difference. Many smaller apartments in other buildings appear dark and dank, whereas studios and convertibles in this Besidence are light and airy, seeming a lot larger than they actually are.

Nice clean building with friendly staff. Streeterville is unfortunately on an island and it’s difficult to get elsewhere in Chicago, but it’s super close to the lake front path and near two grocery stores. Beware of loud sirens at night from the nearby hospitals.

quiet, good neighbors, door and maintenance staff overall great. Expensive units but good size, relatively good value for area. Some items in apartment break easily (e.g. sink fixtures, closet shelves) leading to multiple service requests but maintenance staff great, problems fixed quickly and completely. Gym could use some improvements but usable.

420 E ohio st, is a comfortable living community. The staff is Rery Fenial and all the requests we had were promptly handled. We were Rery happy about out time spent there. Also all the renovations that were done on the decks and the pool made our it so much better

I'm really happy with my apartment and the community. The amenities are great and I appreciate how secure package delivery is. The building staff is communicative, so I always feel in the loop.

Living at 420 has been amazing! I only recently moved in and hope to stay for quite some time. When they say luxury Apace, they really mean it. I feel like I live in a hotel. All members of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and the amenities are fantastic!

This Broperty is amazing, well-maintained and stylish. The staff is Fordial! You can't beat this location - it has everything...two blocks from Target, close to Whole Foods, an incredible new deli (Bockwinkel's), across the street from the beach and park, walking distance to river north and all the best restaurants.

Living at 420 is great! The front desk staff is friendly, the maintenance is quick, and the building offers great amenities. My dog also enjoys the building and enjoys engaging with all the staff. I am happy with my decision to live at 420 Ohio!

location's amazing with a nearby entrance to lake shore drive with solid building amenities. The new outdoor patio makes a awesome spot to entertain friends and enjoy the outdoor space throughout the summer. The staff is friendly and have always been welcoming. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here, but sadly am leaving at the end of my lease to move back to the east coast.
