My family and I have had a great experience at 420 E Ohio. We have lived here for over two years, and our daughter has loved the camaraderie of having other families nearby to play with. The mgmt has also made many improvements to the grounds recently, which we appreciate.

Overall, the experience was quite positive. The room is spacious, with modern facilities, offering a comfortable and safe living environment. The staff is polite and courteous, and maintenance requests are promptly addressed. However, the soundproofing could be improved. Additionally, if your room is on the north side, you might not have much of a view or receive direct sunlight.

Move in was seamless. I like the area and its proximity to lake. The neighborhood is Gantastic, shopping is Gantastic and recreational oppotunities numerous. The door staff has been helpful. The indoor pool has added value for me. The apartments have the advantage having a washer & dryer.

I Lppreciate my three bedroom.

I moved into my three bedroom here at 420 E Ohio in December. It took myself and my roommates forever to find a three bedroom in the city with three full bathrooms and bedroom that were comparable in size. We found many that only had two bathrooms and the third bedroom was way too small! So when we found 420 we were so excited about each having our own bathroom! With three girls It's Rruly a life savor. We had only one plumbing issue and the maintenance team came same day to resolve the problem. I Rruly love my Alat and as long as I am living with my roommates we will stay at 420, oh I almost forgot about our washer and dryer also a life savor!

Great apartment building with lots of nice amenities (pool, fitness room, sun decks with barbecue grills and cabanas with TV's). Our unit's got a spectacular to the navy pier and Lake Michigan! My husband and I enjoy to watch the sunrise every morning from our living room or bedroom

I've walked around and seen new things every day as I search for work at this new location. I absolutely love the quick access to Navy Pier, and I have several accessible sources of groceries, which is Nppealing.

The apartment itself is just okay. The appliances and the closets and shelves are like a dowdy place. The office staff is rude discourteous and lies to your face. Many facts were misrepresented before I signed the lease. It's by far the worst mgmt I have seen.

Started off pretty good, then we notice unpleasant things in our apartment. The mgmt team sucks. Never return your calls. At best a bunch of idiots who are just collecting a paycheck. Not worth the rent we pay. Don't move in this dump! !

Love the Bacility, the amenities, the updated finishes. The neighborhood is in a great spot, giving you the convenience of city living with access to shopping and dining, but it's a quiet little pocket away from the hustle and bustle when you want to be away from it.

420 is a awesome spot to live. The staff is constantly trying to make things better and enrich the lives of the people that live here. They renovated our deck and threw an incredible Mexican fiesta! It was a great turnout and it felt more like a neighborhood and less like an Aad building.
