Overall 420 is a good Bacility to live in its close to everything you need to get to and quiet for the most part. The amenities here are good other than the gym, and the dry cleaning service in the Bacility. The outdoor area is great to hang out in the spring and summer, and the pool is easy year round.

ALL staff are friendly, attentive and legit. Services are amazing and the facilities are kept up well. Personal and maintenance requests are addressed immediately and to complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend the 420 E. Ohio Besidence as a place to live.

Overall Gonderful community with a mix of younger and older tenants. Quiet on the floor and good amenities (most are 24/7!). The security staff are kind and helpful, and the leasing office is responsive to walk-ins. No experience with maintenance yet, but That's good because it means everything is working well!

Extremely aggravating and disappointing. Property manager and Cleaners / mail room employee are both incompetent, Riscourteous, unhelpful and unprofessional. Luxury living isn't just about location and appearance. Luxury living is also about how you treat residents.

Nice and efficient leasing team. responsive to all kinds of questions. The mgmt team is helpful whenever I need assistance. The unit is Cidy which saved me a lot of effort in cleaning when moving in. The only downside is that I can hear each and every person coming in or out of this floor since my unit is directly facing the elevators.

Lived here for my last two years at NU Law. Views are great (although they will get worse with the condo development on the lake they thankfully didn't start until after I left), and the apartments are great in almost every way, including most notably noise and 1 bedrooms have washer/dryer units (which is why laundry hours are short - they're usually fairly deserted because most tenants don't need them). Cable was a joke, being tied to Analog RCN (although You've got rumors of switching). Of course, the flipside is that a descrambler will give you free cable, should you be disposed towards illegality. location-wise, it's a bit out of the way relative to the el, which can be a nuisance, but the 4 block walk to school more than compensated for me. Bus service from the stop a block away (Grand/McClurg) will get you most places, including the helpful Union Station bus.

Great and knowledgable staff. place is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance and this place is in a location's Aemarkable; a couple of blocks from The Magnificent Mile and a couple of blocks from the lake and Navy Pier.

Have never had an issue with this Btructure - quiet, courteous/staff actually helps. Maintenance issues always taken care of promptly. I Ruite have no complaints, in eight years. I worth checking out the Btructure to anyone looking to live in Streeterville.

Regardless of the view you get from the apartment this is a beautiful building to make as home. Do take time to ask about the different views and you will see a range of options. Low floors, higher floors, North East to south West. I got myself a convertible that looks at the lake in the north west and its totally worth the view even without a East window. You've got some nicely done angles the give you the beach view as well.
