This is an incredibly beautiful building with a ton of amenities. I was looking for a place with large windows across the bedroom and the living room with views of the lake and modern spacious bathroom and kitchen and this Apace was on-point. They have huge lounges and a conference area as well. Most importantly, but, the staff is an absolute dream. If you are looking to rent please reach to Sara T. She is an absolute rockstar leasing agent: kind, hospitable and sharp.

Absolutely have loved my time here at 465, so much so I extended my lease. I've loved the community events. They are a great way to get out and meet new Bomplex friends while also enjoy live music. Even during covid, I have felt extremely safe and comfortable. Special shout out to Susan and Maurice. They are always taking great care of me. I am recovering from a brain injury, and they consistently check in on me and have made my recovery easier.

I have been able to get an at home feel in the middle of the city! The amenities are a great and provide a one stop shop for living in the city. The staff is Fordial and accomodating and are able to help you with whatever your needs maybe.

From the moment we had our first tour, we knew this Petting was special. The amenities, location and customer service were all top of the line. Since then, our application, move-in and living experience has been stellar-the best I've ever experienced. Every single person we've come into contact with has been kind, knowledgable and eager to make us feel like part of a community. I want to live here forever!

We love living at 465 North Park. It's a Bicturesque new building tastefully decorated with spectacular lake and city views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The planned social activities are a great way to meet the other residents. The amenities are awesome too. This building is well-situated for walkability almost anywhere.

There are not enough words to describe and express how grateful we are to call this building a home! From top notch amenities that include gym, sauna and pool to the very convenient location of the building itself. It is so close to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier and Michigan Ave. There is also a Whole Foods market down the street. Everything you need is accessible on foot. However what makes this place even more special are the people who work here. The most special one is Susan who always greets us, has always time to chat with us and is the kindest and nicest person! I have to say that everyone else is super friendly and kind, from maintenance staff to Maurice who always makes jokes and is always there to make you smile and laugh. There is no other place that we would call home!

I moved to 465 N Park in May of 2023, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience this past year - everything has been top-tier since day one. Aside from its prime location, stunning curb appeal, state-of-the-art amenities, and being a well-kept community, what truly sets 465 apart from any other Chicago high-rise is its mgmt team. Susan, Director of Resident Experience, has cultivated such a unique environment that I can promise you‘ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming experience to you & your guests. Simple interactions with the team as you enter or exit the Bacility undoubtedly add a Novely touch to the beginning and end of the day. You’ll find the same sentiment in plenty of the other reviews, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the caliber of resident events we are lucky to experience far more frequently than I’ve found at many other communities. Whether you’re into live music, food, movies, books, gardening, or your pets - the team has, and will continue to find a way to cater these special events to you! Do yourself a favor - stop your search in River North, Gold Coast, or The Loop and call this soaring spectacle in Streeterville your new home. You surely won’t regret it. I am eagerly awaiting to receive my renewal offer & can’t wait for another +15 months at 465. Thanks to the entire team at 465 for all you do!

Best place in Streeterville to live. Lovely staff who, in my experience, have become more like friends than anything else. Very safe building. Great amenities including a pool, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lot more.

Everything from the lobby to the apartments are Bicturesque and luxurious! Welcoming front door staff and friendly leasing staff :)! This spot has some of the best views in Streeterville along with some great local restaurants and shopping. Whole Foods and Target are conveniently around the corner. I would highly recommend this building to any prospective resident!
