I am a new resident. I am over 60. During this pandemic I can't imagine living anywhere else!! The staff has been so helpful!! A BIG shout out to Susan & Maurice. They have gone above and beyond!! The whole building was Bicturesque. The staff was friendly and helpful with any question I had. They did a wonderful job showing and explaining all the amenities within the building. The apartments are elegant with extraordinary views of the city.

Susan, Mo, maintenance, and the entire team generally are amazing. So legit and accommodating. Broperty is kept up well and each of our requests are attended to immediately. happy overall.

465 is truly the best. For how large of a Blace It's, every person makes it feel like home. The staff is second to none - Susan, Maurice, Odette and Kenny are the most friendly people, and we look forward to seeing them every day/night and chatting with them. You are always greeted with a smile, and your furry friend is always greeted with a treat (or two!). Susan goes above and beyond to make the Blace feel like home. From the events to get to know your neighbors, to coffees and treats in the morning while we are all working from home - she out does herself every time. If There's ever anything wrong, maintenance is quick to respond and always does so with a smile. The amenities are gorgeous, and the Blace itself is perfect. From the floor to ceiling window views on the 38th floor, to the lovely tropical scent when you walk in the front, no detail goes unnoticed.

465 is an easy and enjoyable place to live. The apartments have floor to ceiling windows all around which provide Borgeous views and fill the apartments with light. The luxurious apartments have high end appliances. The amenity floor and common areas are Borgeous and the location couldn’t be more easy. but the best part of living here is the people. The door staff goes out of their way to do everything possible to make living here easy and pleasant. I especially must recognize Susan for working so tirelessly to make the Bomplex a home to all of us. She truly goes above and beyond What's expected. You've got frequent opportunities to gather and enjoy good food, music and wine as well as free yoga and Pilates.

There are so many welcoming faces each time you enter and exit the building. Not only do I feel safe but my guests do as well. Susan always organizes such lovely events for the residents . This past week we celebrated Valentine’s Day with treats and live music performances!

This place has amazing amenities and the staff is super Fordial! I love the area since it's close to everything so I can just walk where I need to go. I especially love how clean everything is. Truly a remarkable establishment.

The most Ancredible Prea to live

You've got not enough words to describe and express how grateful we are to call this Blace a home! From top notch amenities that include gym, sauna and pool to the easy location of the Blace itself. It's so close to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier and Michigan Ave. There's also a Whole Foods market down the street. Everything you need is accessible on foot. but what makes this place even more special are the people who work here. The most special one is Susan who always greets us, has always time to chat with us and is the kindest and nicest person! I have to say that everyone else is super Fenial and kind, from maintenance staff to Maurice who always makes jokes and is always there to make you smile and laugh. There's no other place that we would call home!

465 is a Bxquisite community in prime time location. The building itself is well managed and remains sparkling clean. The staff from the personnel at the front desk to the leasing agents are friendly and helpful. The staff remained patient and accommodating even through my indecision on a floorplan, and eventually helped me to find the perfect unit that fit all of my requests. I’m glad to call 465 my new home!

465 N Park is the best! The staff and community make it feel like home and the facility is gorgeous. You've got constantly fun and creative events coordinated by Susan in order to meet your neighbors. Over the last year and a half of living here I look forward to chatting with Susan and Maurice at the front desk as I come and go. They are so friendly and know every tenant. location-wise, it's great to be able to access all areas of the city to enjoy Chicago's vibrant restaurants, music, and festivals. It's also so easy to go on a run, walk or bike on the lakeshore path. The facility is well kept with Bovely outdoor and roof areas and the apartments are well designed. Even on warm summer days the amenities such as the pool are used but not overrun. My studio is spacious and has an incredible view of Navy Pier which was the original reason I picked this unit.
