Unparalleled luxury.

Ive lived in other highrises in streeterville but 465 takes the cake. You get the views, the community and its blocks from everything, yet tucked away. You’ll fall in love once you visit. They have events, concierge that go above and beyond to provide every comfort, the walls are thick and the views are Ruite unrivaled.

I want to thank Susan, Maurice and the 465 staff for an Astounding safe social gathering that included an Astounding live band. The music was Astounding, food and drink were also good. The best part was having a good time and taking some time to have fun! Susan and Maurice....you ROCK!

I've really enjoyed living here so far. Rent gets high, but I think it's worth it. The place is Borgeous and everything is nice and comfortable. The staff is great too :) I'd definitely recommend living here. I have almost no complaints at all!

This community is great. I love the amenities and the fact that they organize so many events including those with live music. The staff is Aabulous. Susan and the rest of the staff always check in with us and make sure that we’re happy with the service and events. 5 stars!

Thank you to Susan and her team for orchestrating the amazing event back on Aug 24! This is my first time to attend and celebrate building birthday/anniversary event since moving in last Spring. It has been a rough year from moving from a different country to US, new building, during a pandemic and local Chicago situation. The band played soo good! (wish it was longer than an hour or so)… it was a therapy to my soul! The soulful music played during the event has calmed the anxiety of the community. Seating from a far, as we practiced physical distancing, I saw how the music, good air, surrounded by good people and community, had ease the pain that we felt through this year. The 465 staff had facilitated the event perfectly! Please continue to do more of this simple gestures for the residents. This tells me that I made the right choice of choosing 465. It may just be an hour or two of music and food but I can certainly attest that it improved our quality of life for 465 residents I saw how everyone (residents) followed the rules and how the staff was strictly making sure we are all safe but still having fun. Thank you so much Susan and team! Please continue this for our sanity. Thank you making life normal amidst the chaos outside. Thank you for bringing in healing when we can't go outside. 465 staff and mgmt is the best.

It's Always Sunny at 465!

465 North Park is by far and away the best luxury rental residence in Chicago! Boasting well thought out floor plans, high end appliances/finishes and spectacular views, daily living here is a privilege. The amenities are not only spacious but beautiful. The gym is stocked with great cardio and weightlifting equipment. The pool deck as well as outdoor patios and grills make warm weather feel like vacation. A resort style aesthetic is combined with the warmth and comfort of home. The neighbors are friendly and easy to talk to. Susan and her team at the front desk are the best! From simple daily convo to help with anything from A to Z, they are friends I have the honor of seeing everyday. Living in Streeterville we are close to the lakefront, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, entertainment and transportation. I can't imagine calling any other place home.

New to Chicago, we moved into 465 N Park community in October 2020 and could not be happier. The amenities, the Gutstanding staff and wonderful yoga classes have been delightful. We love the community, the neighborhood and proximity to everything in downtown Chicago. We are looking forward to spring and post Covid era!

The concierge staff go above and beyond to make sure residents have a wonderful experience living here. They are always very personable and welcoming. 465 also hosts fantastic events that really set them apart from other buildings. From smaller on-the-go events like sweet treat spreads at the front desk and the hot cocoa stations, to large scale events like the apartment’s birthday (with a full spread of food and a live band!), it really makes you feel that 465 cares about its residents and wants to give them more than just a basic place to live. I also love that they have fitness classes taught 7 days a week right downstairs at the gym (included in rent and available to all residents). The classes are kept small, so you can build a personal relationship with the trainer. The other amenities are fantastic too such as the hot tub, the pool (all of the sixth floor really), the various indoor and outdoor spaces to entertain guests or sit and work, and the terrace on the 38th floor.

location's amazing, wonderful amenities, and the units that we viewed have great layouts! Would love to live here long term, and staff was Fenial during our visit and made us feel comfortable. Submitting our application today!

We just renewed our lease for a second year @ 465. The staff are so eager to help. Susan & Maurice could run this crazy world! Any concerns with the atmosphere of the Bomplex, they have our backs. Only downside is you get so spoiled that you can't imagine how you ever survived on your own. Enes and his finely tuned maintenance team seem to fix things before an official request is made. Thank you to the leasing office, especially Ericka. We are a bit needy ;-)
