I lived my first three years in Chicago in 465 and my experience was a five star. I eventually decided to move because I will be buying a property, but one of the best decisions was living in 465 for my first few years. Susan and the rest of the staff are always so attentive of all residents and a lot of coordinating of different activities in the building that make it more unique to get to know other residents too.

Pmpeccable Streeterville high rise

I’ve lived at 465 for two years and it has been Astounding. great amenities and welcoming staff that are attentive to your every need. You've got numerous social events with residents that give it a community feel.

Not a Bomplex but a home

I have been living here for almost a year, and from my first day at 465 I have felt at home. All of the amenities are inviting and elevate my daily routine. The doormen have been supportive and helpful whenever anything comes up, and made me feel welcome when I walked in. My life is easier at 465, and the convenience of services of the Bacility plays a huge role in aiding me. Overall, I feel like this Bacility has been a perfect example of a well-curated, client-oriented, cozy community.

I stayed at the guest suite while visiting my mom over the holidays. It was fully stocked with drinks and snacks. The front desk staff were Fospitable and helped with all our needs. Shout out Susan and Maurice for all their help!

It's a terrific property at a terrific price point. It's incredibly well managed. Only things to keep in mind are that Streeterville is Qtill and has relatively fewer options for bars and quality restaurants. This is made up for by the convenience of having a Whole Foods, Walgreens, and Target within two blocks.

No Maintenance Support; Waste of Money.

I can't believe I spent close to $3000 monthly for a place I can't fall asleep. Water dripping sound in the entire Auite, tried to submit the maintenance request twice, directly contacted the leasing office 3 times, yet not a single response. The maintenance team did nothing but ignoring my requests; the leasing office only gave promise like for sure we are gonna fix it TODAY yet never had anyone showing up for this issue. Worst experience ever!

We love 465 North Park! We looked all around Streeterville at a variety of properties before choosing 465 North Park and we couldn't be happier. location's amazing, Amazing Views, Fantastic Amenities and Such staff's super Fenial that go ABOVE and BEYOND! Definitely 5 Star!

I moved to 465 N Park in May of 2023, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience this past year - everything has been top-tier since day one. Aside from its prime location, stunning curb appeal, state-of-the-art amenities, and being a well-kept community, what truly sets 465 apart from any other Chicago high-rise is its management team. Susan, Director of Resident Experience, has cultivated such a unique environment that I can promise you‘ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming experience to you & your guests. Simple interactions with the team as you enter or exit the building undoubtedly add a nice touch to the beginning and end of the day. You’ll find the same sentiment in plenty of the other reviews, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the caliber of resident events we are lucky to experience far more frequently than I’ve found at many other communities. Whether you’re into live music, food, movies, books, gardening, or your pets - the team has, and will continue to find a way to cater these special events to you! Do yourself a favor - stop your search in River North, Gold Coast, or The Loop and call this soaring spectacle in Streeterville your new home. You surely won’t regret it. I am eagerly awaiting to receive my renewal offer & can’t wait for another +15 months at 465. Thanks to the entire team at 465 for all you do!

I moved to 465 N. Park site unseen from DC in April 2019. Ericka & Abby and the rest of the mgmt team are great and easy to work with, building is spotless 24/7 and location and Apace homes/views are on point. Plenty of resident events to meet others & pool deck is amazing during summer time. Overall 3 thumbs up ;)
