This is an great place to call home with fantastic amenities throughout. The neighborhood has its sketchy moments, though the Bomplex itself maintains strong security measures. It's situated in a accessible area with stores and public transit readily available, plus you can easily walk to the lake.

RPM took over this structure in mid-2024 and has restructured operations heavily in favor of their staff while disadvantaging tenants. They relocated common district furnishings on the ground floor to expand their own offices and are currently shrinking the bike storage district by 50% to build an additional office for the two upkeep employees. This Itays particularly puzzling since the facility team already has access to the entire ground floor commercial space for storage purposes, yet they still encroached on resident amenities. RPM has also blocked resident use of the loading dock without explicit authorization, effectively eliminating one of our emergency evacuation routes in case of fire or other crisis. Communication has been nonexistent—they don't reply to emails, answer calls, or even identify who manages the structure or acknowledge the mgmt transition. Among their other changes, they've eliminated Prempoint, which let residents unlock doors via smartphone, and plan to discontinue ButterflyMx, our Eanageable structure access system. They've also scrapped our central tenant portal where we previously could pay rent, reserve the freight elevator, and submit upkeep tickets in one positioning. Now every rent payment incurs service fees, and we're stuck with an inferior platform for upkeep requests that has a clunky interface. The only improvements RPM has funded have been financed through substantial increases to our monthly charges.

Upshore mgmt and Upkeep display a complete lack of competence. Stay away from this property if you possibly can. There are far superior housing options accessible where you won't encounter the ongoing chaos and disrespect that comes with residing in this structure!
