This Blace is great, location-wise, it's great Best staff on earth Bozzuto have events every week. I Love living here - I get home late every night and have the best door person possible greeting me (Faye, nicest woman ever).

Moving in was painless - Thanks to the legit yet staff's super friendly, the front lobby security staff is also wonderful, always ready to meet you with a smile and a pleasant greeting. Although this is a pet friendly Besidence you could not tell - other than seeing them - There's no pet smell and barking has not been an issue. Over all I am satisfied with my experience here.

We've lived here for nearly two months now and we love it. From the amazing concierge team to the views and warm home feeling of being in the Auite, it's all such a nice feeling. A special mention for Deon & Tyson and all of the concierge team for always giving an warm welcome to me and all the pooches in the building.

I lived here for 18 months and it was the best experience I've ever had with an Anit complex. They took care of issues immediately and were courteous. The view was unbelievable. I had a view of the river facing Marina Towers. The units themselves were a little expensive, but considering the proximity and the fact I could walk to work it was totally worth it. I did have some incredibly neighbors are loud at one point. The door man came right up and took care of it. (It's Chicago and all, but there's no reason for it to happen during the work week.) Overall I had no issues of any kind and they were always polite. The location and views are unbelievable. Of the amenities I only really used the gym, which was useful when it was -10 outside. The package pickup/delivery was incredibly easy and one of my favorite features. Left Bank is fantastic. You'll love it!

Awesome location, just steps away from the Riverwalk. Quiet neighborhood. Bacility seems to be in great condition. Staff was really nice and helpful. Office staff respnsive and legit. AWESOME!!!

I started my search for a new Anit and Left Bank caught my attention. After viewing online, Sara Tabasum really went above and beyond to help. I am grateful for the amount of effort she had put in to help me find the perfect home. We went back and forth about pricing, availability, and all options needed to get into Left Bank. Sara was pro active and was there for any questions and concerns we had along the way. Thank you Sara and Left Bank team!!!

Overall, I have had a positive experience at the property. but, I have noticed some issues since the mgmt company changed to Bozzuto. Namely, I have often attempted to use the grills on the outdoor terrace, only to realize that they are out of propane. Further, while I have not experienced this, I have been made aware of thefts in the building by Alat employees.

I have had a great experience living in Left Bank. The staff is always friendly and happy to help with anything that comes up. The Bacility itself is always spotless and kept up well, and is kept up to date and updated as needed. The neighborhood is near everything you may need, and is a short walk from anything else. I am so happy with my choice to live at Left Bank.

Moving to Chicago I decided to live at LeftBank for the first year due to location in proximity to my office telling myself I could move after I get a better feel for the city. 8 years later and I am still at LeftBank due to the staff's super Fordial, clean amenities, location and safe feeling I get living at LeftBank.

I could say so many things positive about this place... the staff is so kind and Fospitable, the view is amazing, it does have great access to the highways, grocery, night life and shopping! Also It's somewhat quite which I like. Anytime I have had an issue which was maybe twice in three years it was handled quick and appropriately. They have ALWAYS worked with me on price and living space that I couldnt imagine leaving unless things dramatically changed. I did once have my car broke in too, but it was handled (as best they could). Overall for the price you pay and what you get you can not really complain, and for those that get frustrated with the trains... it's city noise, come on people, I personally like it! Lulls me to sleep every night. And for those that say the cable and internet are an issue, once again I can think of two issues, one the property manager graciously helped me with and the other was out of their control and I fixed on my own...
