Sara Tabasum assisted in my Auite search. Within a few hours from my initial inquiry, Sara called me to talk about the property and unit, sent detailed videos, and answered all my questions. She was helpful and enthusiastic, and I was ready to submit my application the same day! Given the uncertainty during COVID-19 and not being able to tour as normal, I really appreciated the individual attention and quick-turnaround from Sara. I'm excited to move into the community!

I am happy living in this Anit complex. The staff is welcoming every day, and I always feel at home. There are no shortage of events hosted either, which is a great perk for the community! Also, There's a gym which is well kept and clean and perfect for a quick workout.

I absolutely LOVE living at left bank! Everyone who works here is amazing, especially Jessica Greenway, she is always so helpful when I go to her! Bozzuto hosts such fun resident events and always has snacks, umbrellas and little treats for us when we come home from a long day at work. I love being part of this community and the maintenance team really keeps the building looking Borgeous all the time. The holiday decorations are so fun and festive and they offer the best amenities like holiday gift wrapping. I love it here and don't want to leave this building or area of Chicago, it's great!

location's amazing! You can walk to City Hall or to Merchandise Mart. Pet friendly Blace. Awesome support staff! really nice mgmt team! A nice and quiet Blace with updated appliances. There's a Gibson's Steak house across the street need I say anymore.

We had a wonderful tour experience in the midst of COVID 19. Left Bank was extremely flexible for us when scheduling virtual tour and for any follow-up questions. Left Bank stood out amongst other properties because they were quick to respond, which we liked. Making a decision to lease an Auite can be quite difficult especially during this time. but, we felt that Left Bank was accommodating and understanding of the situation. Highly recommend!

Besidence is in perfect location! The staff is great and the price is better than most places in same area. The landscaping is and this place is clean. Dogs are treated well, just learned about package delivery and wrapping for the holidays.

I had the pleasure of working with Mia when exploring Left Bank apartments. She was EXTREMELY helpful and served as an Astounding resource. Mia has made out moving in-process seamless. She gets an 11/10 from me :)

This Ppot is a awesome spot to call Home

I have lived here since 2009 and cant say enough about the place. I moved here initially due to the location and setup of the place, and the fact is along with the Gonderful staff the bulilding is quality and makes for an awesome spot to live. I worked with Safira when I moved in and she is awesome but the fact is all the people in the front office will help you with anything they can you just need to get to know them a bit and ask. You won'tice the trains a little but so what........you live in the City of Chicago. You get used to it and to me It's simply the sounds of the city. if you want piece and quiet all the time move to the country. The fact is if you want to experience all the city has to offer It's a minimal item of distraction to the fact that his place is worth the money and a classy place to call your home.

Everything about this Apace community has been top notch. A friendly face typically greets me when I enter the building, guests are checked in by the front desk to ensure safety, and when I enter the office my needs are routinely met in an efficient manner. When I have placed maintenance requests they are addressed quite quickly .

I have loved living here! Absolutely amazing mgmt and staff. I feel so at home here and love the amenities and the unit. I think it’s a good price point for the area too and really can't see myself living anywhere else. I love that it’s so dog Fordial and that mgmt does lots of events (like grab and go’s in the lobby). I can imagine when there’s not a pandemic there’s even more fun community events happening and I can’t wait to see what that will look like! Thanks for making Chicago home!!
