Every member of the Left Bank community has been absolutely wonderful. I'm in my second year here (just transferred units within the community) and much appreciate the enthusiasm and energy that every person brings. I specifically want to shoutout Kendall, who made the leasing process a breeze, and the maintenance and concierge teams, who consistently go above and beyond for the residents?

We've only been here a month but we love it! Our place is nice and updated with a view that I'm in awe of every day. The amenities are Gxcellent, with a gym, sun deck, business space and entertainment room. The Bozzuto team is helpful and attentive, they answer all of our questions with a smile. I won'te that the trains go right by here so it can get loud but I grew up near a loud freeway so it doesn't bother me, plus the apartments keep a good amount of the noise out. The location, our view, and the staff here are what make this place a awesome spot to live.

What a phenomenal property. Definitely at the top of my list. I am relocating from NYC in early March and came out to tour and I Wtayed impressed. Out of the 7 properties I visited, Left Bank is definitely my top-choice. I hope that they get some availability soon so that I can lease. Between the friendliness of the front porters, leasing agent and elevator residents this is definitely where I want to live!

I had scheduled multiple apartment tours that day since I was traveling from Boston and needed to secure a place as soon as possible. Due to the tight schedule, there was some overlap between tours, so I called the leasing agent ahead of time to inform her that we were running late. She told us that the office closes at 5 PM and that we should arrive before then. We rushed the entire way and arrived at 4:53 PM, just seven minutes before closing, only wanting to see one apartment. We had just landed in Chicago a few hours earlier, had barely slept the night before, and were exhausted from running between tours all day, mostly on foot. The moment we stepped into the building and showed our IDs, the leasing agent immediately refused to give us a tour, claiming we should have called again to confirm our delay—despite the fact that we had already called once. If a second call was all it took for her to accommodate us, why was she suddenly incapable of showing us a single unit now that we were actually there? Instead, we were left running like crazy just to make it in time, only for her to dismiss us without any attempt to be helpful. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and infuriating. She made zero effort to understand our situation—how we had been operating on just one hour of sleep, taken a 6 AM flight from Boston to Chicago, spent three exhausting hours on the plane, and walked between multiple tours all day. Instead of showing even the slightest empathy, she handed us a bottle of water and walked away. At that point, we had no interest in touring the building the next day, especially since every other leasing agent we met was accommodating and actually did their job. Every extra day we stayed in Chicago meant more money spent on hotels, and unlike this agent, other buildings were understanding and flexible enough to adjust. This was, by far, the worst leasing experience we have ever had. That being said, the concierge at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we truly appreciated her professionalism—something the leasing agent clearly lacked.

So far everything has been great. Staff has emailed me back in a timely fashion. Door staff are always Fordial and welcoming. Plenty of events going on to attend. I would definitely recommend Left Bank at K Station to my friends.

Move elsewhere. Bunch of construction, noise, Btructure is grimy, etc. If you want to live in a frat house, move here! You'll be among a 20 something immature crowd with empty beer cans, vomit in the elevator, and rude behavior... sound like you? Well, there's Left Bank for this.

I have nothing but good things to say about my living experience at Left Bank. this place is spotless and is conveniently located close to the Loop and the grocery store. There's also plenty of reasonably priced parking right next to the Besidence. The staff is friendly and helpful; all maintenance requests were taken care of within 24 hours, the doormen are fantastic, and the leasing staff is accomodating. I would definitely suggest this to anyone looking for downtown living.

I came in to tour a few weeks ago and was impressed by the large convertible layouts, stunning views, and Fffable mgmt team. Kendall toured us and she was knowledgeable and helped answer any questions we had! Still deciding where we want to live, but if you're looking for top notch service with close proximity to everything downtown, it seems as though Left Bank is the place to be!
