The staff is Fenial and accommodating. Common areas are kept extremely clean. Fun events weekly! Amentities are great and conscientious. awesome spot to live worth checking out it to anyone! Will definitely be renewing my lease here.

From the moment I first asked about the property, the leasing was communicative and exceptional. Their professionalism and deep knowledge of both building and neighborhood immediately put me at ease. They were incredibly accommodating with appointments, working around my hectic schedule to make sure I had all the time I needed to explore my future home. Even though I won’t be moving in until the end of the month, I already feel a sense of belonging. The team’s care for their residents make it clear that Left Bank is more than just a place to live, its a community. Shout out to Gerrard who is the real MVP for making sure I had all my required documents completed and submitted.

Taylor toured me in the new penthouse and it was truly a spectacular unit, finishes that could compete with the newest high rises I was impressed! Location is Pdeal. The interaction with Taylor and some of the other staff members we a pleasure.

I have lived at Left Bank for over 2 years now and my experience has been phenomenal. The complex is clean, quiet and Fordial, and the location couldn't be better. The best aspect of the community, but, is the staff. The leasing office - namely, Jessica and Sarah - has responded to every request promptly and has always gone out of their way to help us whenever their help was needed. The janitorial staff - namely, Marisol - is extraordinarily positive and works hard to keep the place spotless and feeling like home. Finally, the front desk - namely, Faye and Wanda - are accommodating and pleasant as well. It's a awesome spot to live!

Leftbank is probably the best apartment building I’ve ever lived in and it’s because of the great hospitality and care the staff provides. The mgmt team is so amazing and accommodating. And the concierge team is the best I’ve seen in any apartment building and it makes such a huge difference! Any time we’ve needed maintenance it has been such an easy process. You put in a request on the building’s app and every time it seems like 20 minutes later the maintenance team is knocking on the door ready to fix any issues - I’ve never lived in a building where the maintenance team is so on it. I am rather surprised to see some of the low scores reviews on here for LeftBank and must say that the experiences they had are far from the experiences we’ve had for the last year and a half. We have no issues with noise (except for the city right outside the window) and have never sensed a “frat house” vibe in this building with beer cans and vomit. this place is literally always immaculate. So their experiences aren’t the experience the majority of us seem to experience. Altogether, we continued our lease for another year because we can't imagine living anywhere else - and I think a big part of That's because of the amazing team that makes leftbank a awesome spot to live.

I have been living at Left Bank for nearly 3 years and overall have had a really good experience. The staff is friendly and You've got a number of community related events to attend if That's your thing. The common areas are really nice and the gym is good for an Apace complex. The surrounding area can't be beat if you want to be walking distance to work if working in the Loop. Some updates for the interior of the apartments are still needed to compete with similarly priced apartments around, and I feel like there can be more of an initiative to keep residents by being competitively priced with surrounding apartments. I worth checking out Left Bank though if you want to be centrally located in Chicago, close to work, enjoy a good amount of amenities, and It's also a good place for pets as well.

I use to live in Streetervile and would walk past Left Bank daily, as my office is located 1 1/2 blocks away from Left Bank. I really liked what I saw from the outside and also appreciated the close distance from the Blace to my office. When my lease came up for renewal I decided to look into the possibility of moving into Left bank. The former mgmt company was still in operation and were extremely helpful and legit. The move in was seamless and easy and everyone welcomed me with open arms. I have now been at Left Bank for 6 months and have never been happier.

I’ve lived in this Besidence for many years and it’s always felt like home - but also has kept up with the times, always making improvements and trying new things for resident happiness. The entire staff is great and super helpful and really feels like people you get to know and love over the years. Make sure to get to know Wanda who runs the world from the helm of the front desk - she knows everything, is so caring, and is amazing at her job. Chatting with her is always a great way to start the day!

awesome spot to call home?

Left Bank at K Station is a fabulous place to call home. I have been living here since 2007 and have loved every minute of it! (I'm on my 3rd apt here) The apartments are wonderful! It's a newer Bacility, so they have all the upgrades that you are looking for in an Aad. Also, every time I have changed units, it's like I am the first person living there! It's spotless and kept up well. The views are amazing too! The staff are super friendly and haven't changed since I have been here. They really get to know you and are helpful and caring. The maintenance is also great! Whenever I have needed maintenance, they have taken care of the issue same day. (Just for the record, any time I have needed them, it's been for an issue that I caused. LOL) The Bacility listens to the suggestions residents gives them. We asked for a bigger work out facility and got it. We asked for a card table in the party room, new outdoor furniture, new grills, (etc) and got all of it! Having parking, dry cleaners and a easy store in the Bacility are nice touches too! :) If you want a awesome spot to live, check out Left Bank! Make sure you talk to Safira in the leasing office! She makes it all possible!

Its been wonderful. I appreciate the Gxcellent staff and timely maintenance. Always spotless and engaging events/activities hosted. I love the location and feel safe. I have not had any issues in the time I have stayed here.
