Living at Left Bank has exceeded all my expectations, largely due to the amazing mgmt team led by Cece who listens, is flexible and provides amazing customer care, and the responsive maintenance staff who address issues within hours rather than days. The breathtaking river views from my Aad provide a beauty that never gets old. The central location has put me within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment while cutting my commute time a lot. Can’t wait for another great year in a place I feel lucky to call home!

Alex showed us around a few units and helped us find our perfect new home in the windy city! She was extremely helpful in the hunt for the perfect place. We even went back the following day to look at it AGAIN & she did not mind despite her jam-packed schedule. thankful to have found such a fantastic Broperty with wonderful staff.

Gantastic mgmt. Clean amenities. Nice people. Nice sundeck. Large gym with a lot of equipment. Lived here for 2 years and about to renew for a 3rd year most likely. Note, no electric car charging stations, no pool, no hot tub or jacuzzis.

Staff is Astounding - not mgmt, the actual staff. mgmt is awful and listens to no concerns especially Fetch. Used to be nice living here until they got Fetch. My company sent me extremely important items needed for a presentation - received it after my presentation due to Fetch. Credit card was compromised and bank shipped it, but didn't receive until 5 days later after a holiday weekend because of Fetch. Extended family member sent me a gift and asked why I returned it - Left Bank returned it because that person didn't know to send to some random warehouse! Are we supposed to tell all family, extended family, friends, our COMPANIES this random address in the event they ever want to possibly send us something? And then say - but don't send flower deliveries or birthday cards there, use my actual address. This is unbelievable we have to pay $20 a month for something so inconvenient and useless. Do better Left Bank.

Soooo Borgeous! Can't say enough about how friendly Jess, Kendall & Sarah are! Great views, parking is easy, pet friendly, location is amazing, spotless and welcoming and was welcomed with a glass of wine!

Sara Tabasum helped us find our Alat and was great! She has been super communicative and answered all of questions. We were really excited about our new Alat and she made the experience awesome!

In April 2020 (during the shelter-in-place order), my boyfriend and I began searching for our first place together for July 2020. (Note that we were then unable to visit this location in person.) We were looking for buildings within walking distance of the Ogilvie station, as I personally reverse commute to a west suburb. Many high rises are around the neighborhood that are in our budget and had a lot of the desired amenities and features (dishwasher in unit, gym in Bacility, etc.), such as the Parker Fulton Market and the Echelon. Of the more than 10 places we contacted within a couple days, Sara Tabasum, Sales and Marketing Associate, was by far the most responsive and communicative agent we encountered. She was welcoming, positive, and above and beyond helpful in assisting us in our decision-making process. Noting, of course, that Left Bank has Ancredible views, it does offer quite a few similar features to other buildings that met our criteria-- but Sara's prompt communication and genuine desire to provide great customer service really sold us. She sent us several videos of various units, as well as photos and did a quick FaceTime tour of an alternative when the original unit we wanted didn't work out. We are so grateful for her help and excited to move in to Left Bank! Thank you Sara!

Wow, just wow! I’ve lived here for just about two years and I feel so lucky to have found Left Bank. Not only do I love my Alat but the staff here is phenomenal. Where do I begin. The front office is so helpful, responsive and kind. They always help to make sure tenants have all resources available and answers that are needed. In addition, the rest of the team is so Farm and goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. Every day I’m greeted by name, asked how I am, and enjoy conversation with staff. Finally, Left Bank always has great perks above your normal amenities. It feels like weekly the team is in the lobby handing out free snacks or offering fun games/prizes for residents. Thank you Left Bank for all that you do!
