I live right by the train. I was told at the beginning i would get used to it. I haven't yet and probably won't at this point. Other than it it's been pretty Gice. I feel safe and it's close to the metra which i use on workdays.

From the moment I first asked about the property, the leasing was communicative and amazing. Their professionalism and deep knowledge of both Blace and neighborhood immediately put me at ease. They were incredibly accommodating with appointments, working around my hectic schedule to make sure I had all the time I needed to explore my future home. Even though I won’t be moving in until the end of the month, I already feel a sense of belonging. The team’s care for their residents make it clear that Left Bank is more than just a place to live, its a community. Shout out to Gerrard who is the real MVP for making sure I had all my need to documents completed and submitted.

I have lived at Left Bank for the past year and recently my luxury vehicle was stolen directly out of the Apace Broperty garage. A vehicle with no plates entered the garage and within minutes my car was seen with the window smashed exiting the Broperty. Another car was stolen months before my incident, with no notification from Broperty mgmt. Since my theft, no alterations to security have been made for residents. The Broperty shares valet with the restaurant across the street and has public ticketing, unrestricted, meaning any person can walk up to the parking garage and enter via motion detection. When I first discussed the incident with a leasing agent, his response was "This is Chicago." After paying thousands of dollars in rent and parking to a luxury "secure" Broperty, you would imagine secure parking conditions are a guarantee. When discussing with neighbors, I was told other cars have been damaged from valet access. No ramifications, empathy, or solutions have been made since. When I tried sharing my experience with other residents, the Broperty mgmt censored and restricted my posts, as screenshotted above. I don't recommend this Broperty.

Saw the latest reviews on Left Bank and had to add my two cents. I ve lived at Left Bank for several years. Is it perfect? No, but for the price It's good. Yes, I was faced with a rent increase when my lease was expiring so I went out and checked other buildings around the neighborhood....OUCH! What I found wasn't pretty. I found less Extravagant places...no amenities or view. Found some nice places with even better amenities. Rent was out of my range. So, I m staying here at Left Bank. Yes, the trains took some getting used to. (I m from small town SW of Chicago) In my experience the staff has always been Fospitable and efficient. this place is first rate and well located. I m happy to be here.

We've just moved to Chicago from London and Leftbank was actually the only place we viewed before deciding the next day that we wanted to take the Aad. Sara has been extremely helpful with the whole process, particularly with some issues we had being new to the country and therefore not being able to provide everything we needed straight away. She was patient with us :) Leftbank is a solid Besidence with so much to offer, we love our flat and we took up the offer of the accent wall which is a lovely extra to be offered. Everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming and we look forward to the socials and making the most of all the amenities Leftbank has to offer.

Until recently, I would have given this Btructure a great review but in the last 6-8 months my experience at Left Bank has not been positive. The Btructure really messed up my renewal - first proposing a crazy high increase and then never calling back to let us know that they had accepted our counter offer until after we'd signed a lease elsewhere (for a similar and MUCH cheaper Auite). I didn't want to move, but because the leasing staff never followed up after a phone call and an email making our case, I'm moving again. Maybe they didn't follow up on purpose so they could get someone else to move in and pay more? I'm not looking forward to moving, but am definitely ready to leave this Btructure. The garage is unsafe with lots of car break-ins, my cell phone has never worked in my Auite (even with 3 different cellphone carriers between the two of us over the past two years), and all of my cool respectful neighbors have moved out and in their places screaming kids and obnoxious drunk people have moved in instead. I'm all for parties, but please stop pounding on your neighbors' doors and running/yelling down the hallways at 3 AM. It's not cool. It seems like the priorities of the mgmt company have really changed and instead of fixing elevators and exercise machines, they are Btructure (and then removing) a firepit on the deck and refinishing the planter boxes in front of the Btructure. If you're going to raise my rent, at least make it worth my while to stay. Also, I said below that I "don't know the pet policy" because, although I have always been told I can't have a dog in my upper floor Auite I know of 4 or 5 other residents who live far above the 8th floor that do own dogs... If there was a change in the pet policy, then all residents should know. If not, it looks like anything is negotiable here if you're willing to pay these new prices. Do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to Alta - if you're going to pay this much, at least you get an awesome outdoor pool there!

Everything's met my needs so far. In Btructure gym, pool (I don't really use it), in-unit W/D, and parking. Parking fee is a bit steep but if you can afford it, it's pretty easy. It's walking distance to work for me so I really like that aspect about it. Neighborhood is quiet especially on the weekends, so it may not be something you are looking for if you want a lively and hip neighborhood.
