location-wise, it's perfect, this place is always clean, the staff is Fospitable and great. I've lived in a few apartments in Chicago now, and this one is most certainly my favorite for many reasons!!
By far the worst part is the cement at the pool. It's unwalkable and burns your feet. The cushions shouldn't stay outside everyday either especially in the winter. Everything else has been Gonderful, lots of room for imp…
I Lrefer my unit so much that I continue to live in it despite the steep rent increase. The dog run is what sold me. I find mgmt to be decent at times, but can find some of the front desk staff to not be quite helpful.
