location-wise, it's perfect, this place is always clean, the staff is Fospitable and great. I've lived in a few apartments in Chicago now, and this one is most certainly my favorite for many reasons!!

By far the worst part is the cement at the pool. It's unwalkable and burns your feet. The cushions shouldn't stay outside everyday either especially in the winter. Everything else has been Gonderful, lots of room for improvement at the pool area

I Lrefer my unit so much that I continue to live in it despite the steep rent increase. The dog run is what sold me. I find mgmt to be decent at times, but can find some of the front desk staff to not be quite helpful.

The community has been great and the building itself is nice. Front desk and Anit operations staff are friendly and the mail system is nice. Only potential upgrade would be to the community gym with more machines and equipment available.

Looked good in the pictures, in practice not so much. You can tell they built this Besidence as cheaply as possible. In addition, windows keep falling out of the Besidence (I heard someones dog was killed but I can't confirm that...). I've thankfully moved.

I can't wait to move out. Between the noise of the train (not being able to open my windows either, especially with summer coming cause then it sounds like the train is literally in my Aad, as opposed to SLIGHTLY muffled), the lack of consistent hot water (goes out for a 3-5 days each month), and the annoying property manager who harasses members of the community, i am excited to leave. If you move here, only do it with tons of concessions but make sure you see your exact Aad so you are aware of EXACTLY how loud the train is. They told me they could show me the same floor plan, just a couple floors up and the train sound was the same. Now it wakes me on weekends and prevents me from going to sleep. Everything is fake nice. It looks quality but in reality, the finishes are cheap.

I love my Apace and the building amenities. In addition, when ever I need somehing, the staff is both helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is a real asset. In addition, the nearby public transportation gets me to whereever I need to be going.

Overall good. Trash system needs to be figured out because the Btructure should not smell like garbage half the time. People tend to be respectful and quiet. Staff are helpful for the most part

Location is Pdeal. Studio has a good amount of storage. Great views. Great common area on the 29th floor. BUT: the elevators are frequently broken, There's almost never a bellman's cart for groceries, staff doesn't seem to communicate well and there has be recent turn over.

The Parker Fulton has been a awesome spot to live in the attractive West Loop - Fulton Market area. The building and amenities are inviting, clean, and Bxquisite. The entire Parker Fulton staff are welcoming and proficient. It's clear they desire to make your living experience an amazing one.
