Since the first day they liar about the utilities, two of my cars were vandalized and they didn't do anything then someone brake it to company vehicle and I told them and they didn't do anything about it, and in the office don't listen, the only good thing is the maintenance guys

This is the worst apartment ever I moved. No management no work order done, no security , no cameras working. Robbery and burglary is very normal no action has been taking since I have been victim. I would not recommend this apartment because you gonna faces all this problems. Their appliances are broken I have complain several time but no one even come to check.

Horrible & completely ------ third class place, never ever try to live here, I seen fake reviews by the management m marketing team, this place is full of poor management & police involved drugzzz violence crime, no maintenance,

I hate these hoes over there because I don't care about ----. They don't care about the people living here safety. I NNOW FOR SURE I HAVENT HAD ANY HOT WATER IN OVER 2 WEEKS NOW. They don't fix ANYTHING you ask them to fix. They have the worst attitude! THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED ! The Sewards bust ALL THE TIME OVER HERE . Last time they waited 2 FULL WEEKS JUST TO CLEAN IT UP. PLEASE DONT MOVE TK THE ONYX APARTMENTS. Especially if u have new born to 7 years old. And they have a really bad rat n snake problem over here. Roaches bed bugs and all.

ATTN: ALL APARTMENT SEEKERS!! DO NOT RENT/ LEASE AN APARTMENT AT THE ONYX!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THE WATER BILL IS ALWAYS OVER $80.00 AND THEY HAVE WATER LEAKS AND DO NOT REPAIR ANYTHING. If you are renting or leasing a home or apartment that is ran by GVA MANAGEMENT !! RUN AND RUN FAST. Do not sign a lease with any business associated with them. They do not care about the residents or the homes. They are a scamming company!!! SO PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND RUN BEFORE YOU HAVE TO HIRE A LAWYER FOR $2500 LIKE I HAVE TO NOW. THANK YOU. The property seemed quite and maintained very well. Mrs. Victoria was great assistance. She was very nice and helpful. She actually cares for the residents. Definitely a place I would recommend moving too.

New management sucks. The old peoples were good especially Miss Afghan. I've been living here since 2015 and now I'm thinking about moving bcz new manager is so rude she don't know how to deal with customers. I had a parking space here since 2015 now they eliminated my parking space. She said I didn't filled the parking form. I didn't get any kind of letter or form from the manager. She eliminated my parking spot without informing me and saying that they stopped giving new parking spaces. I didn't asked her for new parking spot. I still have my apt number on the parking spot but they removed it with the black ink and saying that we stopped giving new parking spaces. That's sucks. Now I can't find the parking space at night so I park my car to the nearest gas station. A lot of people moved from here bcz of them. I can't move right now bcz I don't wanna break my lease. I have to stick with them.

total disappointment of the new management , they are so insensitive to residents complain. had another distasteful experience again with a staff named mairna when I went to enquire about my monthly bill, she could not even apologize to us after delaying us outside for like 1 hour but rather yelled at us like she was doing us a favor attending to us.

Overall: once you factor in the small 910 sqft area with the rent and utility bills, your paying close to $1500 for a 2 bedroom apartment & 1 bathroom. You can find a house for the same amount with a much larger sqftage. the new management does not fix or repair any issues, multiple people have complained. Read to end ------------- Noise Level is actually pretty decent, walls are insulated enough to block out outside noise (also insulated enough to get really hot when your AC isn't working half the time) Grounds are okay, they recently paved our section but the area looks like trash, dust everywhere. Safety: The cameras do not work, i asked one of the supervisors to check the cameras for a minor incident that occurred during the night, the supervisor tells me just to be honest with me, that the cameras do not work as the old management did not fix them properly. (i guess the new management doesn't want to fix it) Neighborhood: Located in the Ghettos of southwest Houston around the bissonett area. Close to Hwy 59, around 15minutes away from Hwy 6 Maintainence: 1-If you plan on getting pest control (which you pay close to $80-100 a month for) you will be expecting to wait at least 5 days to a week just for the pest control to come around with their watered down chemicals to spray around the area which have no effect at all. 2-AC is closed in the bathroom, and when it starts to freeze up, the water will leak down all over your bathroom, most of the time the AC will not work at all as these units are really old and have not been replaced. 3- Water Leaks causing high amounts of utility bills upto $250 (attached proof) 4-We have not had hot water for close to a month. (Management will not fix it) Staff: The new staff and managers do not give a rats *ss about your complaints, any work that needs to be fixed/repaired has to be done through them and you can expect the work to be never fixed properly.

I am living in winding trail apartment n I love it the manager an assistant manager are so beautiful an sweet. This is a great apartment experience at great price
