I'm going on my fifth year living at Winding Trails and am grateful for all of the positive changes the new management has brought to this community. The new office staff members are very welcoming and sweet, they truly seem to care for the residents and property. The price is very reasonable for the area and they've done a ton of upgrades this past year - several ongoing beautification projects also help me feel that my money is being well spent caring for the property. Parking is still being figured out, but the overall I'm happy with my reserved space. I'd recommend this property for sure!

I have been living in this community for the past 5 months. The leasing management specially Afshaan and the new manager Sherdah have been very professional and exceptional in the service offered.

i have been living in winding trail apts since 2015, i recently renewed my lease for another 1 year. my wife and i have been very comfortable living here mainly because of the safety we have seen here and the efforts the management makes to make sure that all efforts are made to keep the tenants safe. i will mention Afshan who is the leasing manager has always been very cooperative and sincere in her dealings with all tenants. i wish them best of luck in the future and to keep up the excellent work they do to keep us safe and comfortable in winding trail apts.
