Great place to stay. I have been living here for 3 years. Wonderful people Felisitas and Val are great. They are willing to work with you on any problem or concerns. Maintenance men are on point. I had a wonderful wonderful experience. If your looking for a nice quiet place to live stop by.

Great place!! I really enjoyed it. The staff is super nice and I never had any issues. It's also in a great location. Only reason I moved is because I purchased a house. Ask for Valery she is so sweet and caring!

I love the property and the management staff is amazing!! The manager Felisitas was always very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. I never had any problems when I lived in the residence and the neighborhood is quiet.

After looking for 3 days straight and visiting ser geral apartment complexes I finally came to the Abbeh at Jones Rd and since the moment I walked in Felícitas greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome and I left loving the place. I'm so excited and happy I found this place with amazing customer service!

I love living here it is soooo peaceful and the manager is outstanding !!! She's always willing to help and understands whenever I have a situation. Maintenance always takes care of any request I have and are also very friendly!!! I would recommend these apartments to everyone!!!

This property is the definition of pitiful. The property itself is always covered in trash, they are NEVER open when they are supposed to be. I go to pay my rent on a Saturday morning and they don't show up until two hours after the said opening time. The maintenance man Luis is awful at his job. He is extremely rude and doesn't ever complete a work order correctly the first or even the second time. If you want anything done, call corporate. Going to the property manager felisitas is just going to make you mad because she sits on her butt and orders people around by yelling at her residents as if they are her children. She has loud and obnoxious fights outside on property grounds with her boyfriend and beer bottles usually end up flying. You can't make this stuff up!

The staff is very friendly. It was a pleasure working with both of the young ladies. They made my transfer smooth and easy. I wasn't expecting it to happen so fast. Thank you both so much for all your help.

I love The Abbey at Jones Road! I was a pizza delivery driver for many years and always said that if I moved out of my house, this was the place I wanted to move to. I have NOT been disappointed. The staff is friendly and always on top of things. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The property is well maintained. So glad I chose this property! I plan to be here for a long time. Thank you for making this a great place to live Felicitas, Elizabeth and Luis!!!!
