I looked at countless apartments and I'm so happy to have met Cindy who helped me when I came in! I'm a current resident and I love the apartment that we are in! My husband and I moved from a small house to this apartment, we love it even MORE than the house! It's updated, spacious, I love the closet space, but the best part of it is having an amazing staff! Cindy has been there for me since day one. I visited town apartment searching and didn't have any luck until my last day. I called and she was professional, personable, and welcoming. I drove immediately over and am so thankful to have Cindy help me that day. From our move in until now, anytime that we have questions or need something resolved, she is quick to find a solution and maintenance get the job done! What makes happy residents is having a staff that CARES about you, who want to help you, and prioritize you to make sure that you love living here.

I am beyond grateful and blown away by the staff at the abbey. As well as the apartments! If you've had issues with other apartments credit/eviction wise, this is the place to start! They offer 2nd chance leasing! The apartments are completely beautiful! The updates in the units make these apartments look like rent should be very expensive!!! All stainless steel appliances, beautiful kitchen! Now the best part about these apartments as I said above is by far the staff! I found these apartments on a Facebook marketplace pasted by Felicita, one of the leasing agents, she was quick to respond late on a Friday evening and gave me some direction how to move forward! I went on Saturday morning when they opened, Cindy was incredible! I have had a lot of issues with apartments in the past and being denied! Cindy worked her butt off to help me get approved!!! My son and I would be homeless right now, had it not been for her hard work and commitment! I never once felt scammed or discouraged about the application process!! Not to mention they had all kinds of specials, so in total I was able to move in for under $1200(app fees, first month rent, renters insurance, extra deposit due to my credit), which was less than one months rent at my last apartments!! The apartments are very quiet, they come with basic cable with xfinity included! Which helps get internet and upgrade the cable at a discounted rate!! I can't recommens this complex enough!! Thank you Cindy and Felicita! You are much appreciated! I know I was a special case and drove y'all crazy calling so much! But y'all saved my son and I!! Thank you again so much!!!!

I love these apartments!! They are very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is very professional and friendly The manager has worked with me on several issues. She sincerely cares for her tenets. I would defiantly recommend these apartments.

I have lived here since 2015 and have enjoyed living here since the day I moved in. Management is great and Maintenance is very good!! I would recommend for anyone to come and live here. It is a very quiet community
