Living here has been a great experience for me in dealing with the staff and neighbors. It is very pleasant and quiet here. Kind of close to public transportation and some neighborhood grocery stores.

Excellent Community, maintenance and property staff very professional. They really Care about you and keep all ?reas clean, the pond with turtles is a must my baby is really enjoying this community we've been so happy during this time as a family

Everything about the complex is great. I was looking for a place with management who cares about residents, and they always deliver. Maintenance is always done promptly the next day, and they always fix the issue, above and beyond service.

My move-in experience has been smooth and hassle-free, and everything so far has exceeded my expectations. The staff has been welcoming, the environment feels comfortable, and I'm confident that living here will be a truly enjoyable and positive experience.

My experience living @Crystal Falls has been and is rewarding. The staff is courteous and professional. The maintenance team are very thorough and expedient. The community feels safe 90% of the time.

It's a nice quiet community. It's pretty safe and not far from the major highways or stores. Overall, staff is friendly and if ok anything needs fixed it's fixed in less than 24 hours. Pretty safe and spacious apartment.

It's absolutely amazing...the managers and staff are angels ..the community is great ..the front office ..those ladies are amazing and very helpful i would definitely recommend Crystal falls to any and everyone that is looking for a home

Hot water often off. Miss.Elly is the best at the front office i would recommend going through her for all your needs as other leasing agents aren't as pleasant and can be very shady. Hot tub is a plus as well as the pond and Ducks.
