No complaints. Neighbors mind themselves and the community staff are quick to help and update the community of any issues. I've enjoyed my stay here. Great affordable community, and best of all no critters!

After having lived at this property for over 2 years, I can say with confidence this has to be one of the best apartments in the greater Houston area. The grounds are kept clean but more than that it has a beautiful ecosystem with birds, turtles, frogs, and lizards with trees and flowers abound. The apartment complex is old but very well maintained and well-designed, with a quick and efficient maintenance crew. There are many long term residence which builds a wonderful sense of community. Elly and Audria go above and beyond to provide a get-together roughly once a month to foster community. As a woman I have felt exceedingly safe within this community, a little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Houston.

I felt secured and homey feels like home. I've been a part of this community for a short time, but I've already seen a wide range of fascinating conversations, from educational topics to creative ideas and personal stories. I'm constantly learning and adapting to the community's needs.

I've lived on the property for years and it's always been a nice quiet place to live. Neighbors are friendly. I would like to see more up to date gym equipment in the weight room and more powerful cooling systems to help with the tripple digit temperatures in the summer. Overall this is a great place to stay. Ms. Elly is always very polite and professional.

Elly and Audria are both friendly and helpful. This was only the second apt that I looked at on my search. From the very beginning I knew it was the right fix for me. The apartment and the community are well kept and any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Very happy with my choice.
