9/10 I don’t recommend. Traffic in some building is horrible making if feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Floors not level I’m second floor. Floor boards outside front door nasty and dirty. No washer and dryer in unit which is supposed to be included. Not trash can in unit which is supposed to be included. Keep in mind we pay for them each month. Doors don’t close and open properly. Stove off balance eyes on stove don’t fit makes cooking unsafe. Dead and alive roaches and nats. Not all plugs work. Light switch but no ceiling fan or light in room this also makes it hot in the unit. Trash area to small for complex causing trash to be everywhere and stinky. Damaged mail box so we have to travel to pick up mail. New staff every week. Work orders don’t get fixed or they take forever to come. They don’t answer the phone.

I applied received 2 approval emails setup auto draft for my rent the day before it was time to move I was told my application had to go through another process. Which then I was told it was denied after receiving 2 approval emails. Called corporate and still haven’t received a returned call.

I lived there from Dec 1996 to Aug 2017. I loved it there and never had an issue with management. Amanda was the manager the majority of the time I was there and she truly cared about her tenants. The only reason I am no longer living there is Hurricane Harvey, otherwise I would still be a resident there. I will be moving back for sure once they are finished with repairs. I know it will be better than ever when it is completed. I truly felt like one big family when I was there.

Lookin for a new home. They don't have the size apartment I want at the time I want it but there property is pretty. I am gonna renew where I am for 6 months and then move in here. They were amazing. Thank you for the great tour

During my time here I've experienced many water leaks in my apartment. It is also hard to get maintenence issues fixed properly. When you have a water leak and mold forms on the ceiling and you call maintenance and all they do is paint over the mold is trifling .

To many problems for these old apartment to have fix them. I dont think the issue never get delt with correctly just have way. The main problem is that the turn over rate is crazy. i think the manager should be Amanda and they let her go. Bring her back. She love and care about the community. When the fire happen to my old apartment she was trying to help people and showing Love to residents

It's almost a year my lease will be up soon I'm currently looking for somewhere else to stay. They don't like fixing things. I been having the same problem since I moved in. It take them forever to fix minor problems. They excuse is they forgot. The management is very poor the entire staff.

Not good cuz they don't let me put antenna,satellite, for my cable and is not fair cuz a lot of people in this community has antenna.

My lease is up in March, this was my first experience in having my own apartment and let me tell you it's been a roller coaster. Within time things get done. There only one maintenance guy I trust to do his job the right way without complaining well at least to me. I would say take a look at your apartment before renting it that way you know what your moving into. Make sure everything works the way it's suppose to cause they won't ignore your maintenance requests but believe me when I say WITHIN TIME it gets done.i would honestly rate these apartments 2 Stars from the welcoming to the present. You can't change someone's opinion after you had multiple discussions about the samething.

So far it's been quiet. Traffic has not been to bad. I am very close to the beltway and to 90. The schools are very close in proximity. Management has been nice. The apartments are nice overall. I think i will like it here.
