I really like this small quiet community. It's a great place to come home to after a long day at work. Lately I don't feel to well coming home to cold water day after day. Staff should assist in making problems with community known to working residents and ensure problems will be fixed in a timely and efficient manner.

The experience at this building has not been the best in my opinion. There are unnecessary fees I am noticing all of a sudden. This complex/building has a roach infestation and overall I am ready to move as soon as my lease is up or within 6 more months until I find a better place.

Honestly, my experience has been wonderful here. The staff has always been there at times of need for any reason. I has a minor leak spring in pipes behind a wall in my main bathroom at almost 1am on a Sunday and maintenance was here wishing 15 minutes of my call and had the leak stopped fast and promised to be in my apartment by 9 the following day and they were right on schedule. The day after I received a phone call from management confirming that everything was taken care of to my liking and to be 100% sure that nothing else was needed. Absolutely wonderful group from top to bottom.

Well so far so good. Can't complain.Everything Went good wit the move. Connie was wonderful and Amanda was very helpful. My move was so fast .Its like I filled out the app one day then the next day I moved in. Just saying the process went fast. Looking forward to the next 12 months

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I don't know who is lying on these reviews but this place is hell on earth. Parking sucks, grounds suck, security sucks, management sucks, maintenance sucks shall I go on. I can't think of one average thing about this complex. The absolute only benefit is that it is directly across the street from the high school and middle school. Connie is the worst ever and I believe they are doing their own reviews!!! Save yourself the headache.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I love living here. It quite and the kids are all so respectful and nice. And Mrs. Connie in the office is the greatest. She is always helpful and there for you as is her staff. If they ever get garages I'm never leaving.This survey is way to long. This is not high school with this 200 character bull.

Its nice when i meed something fixed it may take a bit but they come to fix it. I love how they qork with me on rent. It can sometimes be annoying being able to hear through the walls especially because o have 2 young ones who can make alot of noise in my house

Staff is courteous and pleasant to deal with. The community is rather peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are kind and look out for each other. Convenient to schools and major freeways. Security measures implemented have offered peace of mind.

Upon move in, Connie was so very helpful & I received a very thoughtful move in gift as well. Moving from a home I thought it'd be different, but this community is small, quiet, neighbors are courteous, office staff are amazing & very helpful!!! My children & I are very happy that this is home. I've even referred a friend.

I've been living in this area for over 6 years for the convenient of the schools, I moved in the community in 2014 and I enjoy living there, I have a few issues that I have dealt with while staying there, which maintenance has kept up with. This is a great area to live in.
