Horrible wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy the manager is horrible doesn't know how to do her job harassed me and others there tries to be hard on people who are just trying to make a way and get things fixed in their homes

Everything is usually wonderful. I have no complaints about any of my work orders. Friendly staff and wonderful living environment. Would refer to a friend in a heart beat. Amanda and Connie take care of all issues with a smile and great demeanor.

Forest park management team is awesome. Every time i go inside. There's always smiles greeting me. My service bills be taking care of as qiickly as possible. I wish the cost of the apt.could be s little bit more comfortable. No i don't want low income neighbors. But I would just like for the cost to go down at least 100$ with water included. But I do understand some points of management. Management has to make money too. So things can be taking vare of around the apartments.

We are disappointed since day one with management, office close when we had an appointment to pick up our key, We traveled 28 hours to get here with a baby.Stolen truck with thousands of dollars worth of tools,2 weeks later and they haven't received the surveillance footage. It seems like they care very little for the big issues.

All staff are very friendly, love all the info provided to me when moved in, love the fact that school is close by, I feel safe. My kids feel safe, and this is the most important thing. Everything is close by and dont have to worry about driving too far.
