I’ve had such a great experience living at Willow Plaza. The management here is outstanding—the ladies in the office are always so helpful, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. It really makes a difference knowing you’re in good hands. The property itself is beautiful and so well-maintained. It’s always clean, from the common areas to the landscaping, and it feels like the staff really takes pride in the community. It’s peaceful, welcoming, and a place I truly enjoy coming home to. If you're looking for a clean, well-managed, and attractive apartment community, Willow Plaza is a fantastic choice!

The leasing office staff are helpful, professional, hit-or-miss any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly, within a reasonable time, slower than expected. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, comfortable with updated appliances, plenty of natural light, solid soundproofing making day-to-day living easy.

Everything is good to, I like the people in the office they are were helpful, I like the area where I live,close to my job, I can even go home for lunch, don't have to worry about traffic, I love the pool, Everytime I go in the office it smells so good in there, I will be staying there for a long time, everything is ok

They stole our vehicle this year, we recover the vehicle however we spend over a grand to get it fixed, we got it back and just about a week ago they came back to steal it again, they were unsuccessful this time, but they broke our drives window, and eventually, we had to get rid of our car because apparently we cannot have that type of car in a gated community, recently another vehicle was also broken into and the thief left it on bricks. They stole all four wheels, not too mention it smells horrible, like if every tenant smokes weed or is a smoker, parking is still an issue, very loud, overall very disappointed, tenants have no respect, it is NOT SAFE here !

Love my apartment but not a peaceful environment due to my upstairs neighbors and neighbors putting their dogs out on the porch at 5 am to bark. Pictures sent to management again with no recourse. Can’t wait to move.

No they lie and trick people into leasing under false advertising and not move in ready apartments with rude staff and dangerous community I fear for my life and afraid to leave my apartment to even get to know my community due to the many attempted robbery’s and break in and loud music and people coming in an out of my next door neighbors home from immigration coming to my door looking for my neighbors

The community is a great place and area to live and occupy . The surrounding areas have tons of entertainment and restaurants to try out , the location makes it easy to any where and every where due to being by a freeway

All the other reviews seem fake. Mine is not fake. - Gates: There are two gates. One works reliable. The other one works about 30-50 percent of the time. When you enter the complex stop at the guard house and see if your gate will open. Don't pull up or you won't be able to go thru the working gate and you will have to go around again. Everyone behind you has to wait until you first figure out if today is the day the gate might work. I have informed the management staff about the erratic operation of the gate three times. No response. No repair. So you can expect to work all day and come how to relax exept when the gate won't open you will be irritated. I am posting this in hopes that someone will fix the gate!!!!!!!!! Hello Manager. Please fix the gate. I have two fobs, its not my fob. There are other problems here too. I am not going to mention that but beware. If they cant fix the gate there will be other things not right. ( I will remove this if the gate is reliable)

I have been in peace & paradise at the Willow Plaza. No loud neighbors. No loud music. It’s very nice & quiet. I feel secure living here. The design and layout is everything! I cannot wait to get fully settled!
