Everything’s good except for some appliances broken and unavailable upon move in. Before someone moves in, please make sure all appliances are working and not missing so the residents wouldn’t have to call the leasing office all the time.

In the beginning it was wonderful but overtime as more people moved in the rent has increased the trash gets messy there’s been multiple break ins on people cars they won’t give the gate code to some residents and sometimes the key fobs don’t work on one side.

I I love the manages of the apartment I love the place. I am is close to everything that I need. I love the staff. Everything is on point. I will say on the second floor. The noise level that time after 10 with kids running a little overall I’m very happy.

So far, love living here. I feel safe in our apartment community. Management does care about the upkeep of the complex. They also execute the work orders in a good time frame and keep great communication. Security here is great.
