So far So good. Maintenance works with a sense of urgency. James is always somprofecrionsl. He truly do care how the community. Anytime I have an issue, I always call James and he takes care of any issues I may have.

Was treated with respect since the beginning i can say that i was very satified with my experience and with the tour that i received. Cant wait to see what this next chapter has for me , meeting new people and new places are exciting

Looking at the apartments from the website you think these apartments are so nice and when you arrive in person you see the same thing, these apartments are so clean and well maintain. The staff also are good people.

They are very welcoming, patient and quick to solve a problem . I'm Very satisfied and grateful for this community and its efficiency! The prices are not to crazy ! And the space is amazing , I do believe I get what I pay for .

It's in a great location too, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major roads but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. The move-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as promised. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming apartment community in Houston.

My apartment is located on the first floor with terrace in a new building. It is simple, cosy, modern, and bright. Entering the house you can find an open kitchen with all appliances you might need: fridge, microwave, washer and dryer. The living room has large windows for light. The bathroom includes a washing machine and a comfortable shower. This apartment is perfect for accommodating for a couple with a small child in a modern and functional environment.
