Staffing nice but fixing things has been a struggle. I'm a new resident so there were several things that needed to be done and still done. Hopefully it gets better. It needs to be more speed bumps in the garage they drive too fast.

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience. I've had issues since I moved in. There has been little to no communication unless I've called the emergency line. I'm beyond frustrated and feel that nothing is being done in a timely manner

Oh man how I've waited for this moment. I HIGHLY advise anyone considering living here to read this review. Negative stars needs to be a thing. I'll break down many key areas of my stay: Security, Management, Privacy, and Pricing. Security: Garbage. The gate code will never work, don't listen to their "it's just you" or "your number was just in wrong" bs. But it doesn't matter too much because the gate is left open 90% of the year from people hitting it or it just "not working." The garage is worthless, during my time there, 2 cars had tires stolen, and 3 cars had windows broken within 1 week. The apartment decided, instead of using their security cameras, which definitely "work," they sent an email telling people to be aware of tiktok trends of car break ins. So security is a joke. Management: Laughable. Good luck getting a hold of them, they won't respond to calls. Period. When I moved units within the building (side effect of a 15% rent increase,) I was given a move in date. I set up movers, utilities, and all in advance of this date. The tenant in the unit before me was gone a few weeks before I moved in. Move in day is now a day away, and instead of the apartment giving me any sort of notice, I had to personally go check with the front desk myself to see if I was move in ready, only to find out they decided to schedule a carpet install. On the day I was set to move in. As such, my move in date was moved. So I was given the joy of paying my movers fee to move the move in date and re set all of my install appointments. Total lack of care on their part. Privacy: Honestly nowhere near as bad as the rest, but still, loud pool parties going into 1-2 am, with no response from management to actually shut it down. Price: Again, a joke. For starters, I was in a 2 bed, 2 bath unit my first year. I paid on time, every time. When I moved to my new unit, which was $300 cheaper, they needed me to redo the entire process of applying. During of which, all of sudden they needed my direct bank statements, with all info visible. Because pay stubs "didn't work." They proceeded to hard check my credit, dropping it about 15 points. What made it better? Was that after I proved I was capable of paying, tried to tell me I "had" to use some bs payment app, that takes your paystubs from work directly, portions out what you'd owe, and THEN gives you what's left. I get trying to be safe, but that's BS and I'm not letting anyone touch my paycheck and handle my money like that. Not after I've proven that I can pay my bills and have had no issues doing so. After plenty of heated emails and threats to raise it to higher management, one of the managers, after nearly a month, said I was fine to keep paying as I had been. Overall? Horrid. I know apartment selections can be terrible, but save yourself the money and hassle. Don't buy into the crap they will try and sell you, and pick a better place to stay. I would see no surprise in finding they pay current residents to fake reviews. And their responses here are almost total crap. All media stunts with no actual correction in the background. I'm sure I sound angry in all of this, but from the bottom of my heart, I truly don't wish this upon anyone. Please please please do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay.

I am brand new to the community but I know the area well. So far it's been great. My son can't wait to use the pool. For me I can't wait to use the coffee machine in the leasing office! It's like a wish machine!

The manager is very warm and kind as is the ladies you see in the office. I appreciate the men that come in and to the apartment they kept me informed and went above and beyond to make sure everything is done and I am comfortable.Ernesto brought a window unit although I said I would be okay without one,I am so glad so very grateful he did . I did not want to make a big deal .He assured me that he was at ease with making sure I would be comfortable until my repairs on the AC were completed ,I did not know how stressed I was until he came and brought the window unit and cooled my apartment

I don't want to support mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I mean here's a good example you're making me leave the wings ever you want me to leave.

It was good. I just wish that I would have researched the apartment a little more because there have been so many problems with it and no solutions. I just wish someone would get back to be about the problems with the apartment

Quiet. Now have good security after multiple break-ins. Now feels more safe. Spacious apartment units. Nice pool and gym. Package lockers available. Ease of parking. Landscaping upheld. Right next to a great park. Pet friendly. Good value (avg. $1.25/sq foot).

I am very happy with the complex. I do wish there were more handicap spaces, and the walkways between the apartments were clean. I would recommend to family that if they are looking for a new home to move here. Too many cars for those that live here. There are times when we have to go to the next floor. Wish there was more security no the grounds.

This is a beautiful property and the staff is amazing. I rented the apartment sight unseen, I moved from Colorado, and couldn't t be happier with it. The floor plan is spacious and open, and even though I'm on the third floor, the parking garage makes it easier. Just get out of the car on the 3rd floor and walk the hall to my apartment. It's wonderful.
