very professional and clean i love it here . the staff are nice and cares about any issues you experience. The safety here is also amazing and once it rain we won't get wet from the garages they have for us .

Community is fantastic but the maintenance is really disappointing. Other than maintenance staff, I didn't face any challenge or issues so far. Premises is nice, clean and beautiful. All good except maintenance

Lovely apartment community. Overall not bad. I moved here in 2022 and finished my lease in a 2 bedroom then transferred to a 1 bedroom. I picked this apartment community specifically because of the parking garage. However, with guests parking in resident parking, it gets frustrating. But having the garage is A++.

Great schools in the area, great shopping and gyms in the areas as well! Lots of place to eat. If you like fast food it's available everywhere, if you like fine dining it's available everywhere. Daycares are also great in this area

The layout of the renovated apartment is great especially the kitchen. I am happy with the noise between neighbors, as expected you can hear people walking, vacuuming etc, but to the sides it is better than I have experienced other places. One thing I have to praise on is the lack of issues with bugs, so far I have had a great experience along with the maintain staff. Each time I had an issue, stove going out, fire alarm, etc, they have been very responsive and fixed everything well. Issues are the gates, security and constantly increasing the rent! Be prepared for large increases each year. With no grace.
