Pretty nice location, very secure. I love my apt and the amenities in it. I was looking into multiple apts prior to moving and this one was the best out of the others I checked specifically because of the safety.

Absolutely loved living here, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They also communicate very well. I feel safe for living in downtown, the security is great. Love the location and amenities. There is never an issue with parking.

Nestled in a prime location, 1414 Texas is close to all the amenities and the social scene of a downtown, making this location unparalleled. The staff is equally amazing! Their friendly demeanor and prompt responses to any inquiries or maintenance requests have made living here a delight.

It’s been good. Quiet, clean, and efficient. Couldn’t really ask for more. It’s safe and in a great location. Only issue would be dog messes on the concrete but I understand the property can only do so much about that.

Community areas are not clean on the weekends. The BBQ grills are not clean and the BBQ area (sink, counter and island) are constantly filthy. The Sky Lounge bathroom is always a mess in the evenings especially on weekends.The toilet and sink are always in need of serious cleaning. The pool is always dirty in the summer and usually smells like wet dog. The indoor club area counters are also very unclean especially in the cooking area. The TV channels can not be changed in the evenings since no staff is around. This is definitely not comfortable living.

All good. Still not sure how to make online payment or set up for autopay. This seems complex than other greystar property I have lived. Community is good. There could be some monthly events and perks for residents.

I absolutely love this place ! It has so many great perks and amenities ! My favorite is the pool ! Definitely exceeded my expectations ! It makes you feel as though you are at some luxury resort ! Another thing I love that’s super rare is that the walls are not thin. I never hear neighbors or any noise ! That’s a HUGE plus !

My experience has always been positive. The staff is always amazing and they care about providing excellent customer service. I enjoy the location which is centralized to public transportation, restaurants and right next to the Astros stadium.

It seems like the quality of the residents is going down. The smell of pot in the hallways, carpets are filthy. The garbage nightmare due to the residents. It starts feeling like mediocre quality when before was amazing. Still feel safe and Christina at the front desk is priceless. If you pay more attention on who you let in and clean the carpets for goodness' sake, it will be again a great place.
