1414 is in the heart of a great city, lots to do, so much value living here. The building is full of amenities if you work from home you never have to leave you can even walk outside and there’s everything at the tip of your fingers. The views are breathtaking, the staff is great. The surrounding areas are easy to commute to. There’s no place like 1414, I love it here.

Absolutely love living here,at 1414 Texas Downtown! The staff are welcoming and professional! Christina was more than helpful with the entire process from initially touring the complex to leasing and move in! She is so warm and kind....I felt I was talking to an old friend I've known for years instead of a potential client. Brent always has a big smile on his face! I was so impressed how secure the entire complex is as well as the convenient location,great amenities and low noise levels.

Everything from the very beginning of searching for a unit to moving in was incredibly easy and did not take much effort whatsoever. The staff were very responsive to my questions/emails/phone calls. Highly recommend 1414 Texas Downtown.

1414 Texas has been a great community to live in with fantastic staff. The apartments are nice with little to no maintenance ever needed, but when needed very quick to act. The property is very secure. We have liked knowing that safety was well thought of when planning this property. We never worry about our vehicles being stolen or someone being in the property that shouldn’t be. 1414 Texas is a couple blocks to Minute Maid Park, The Toyota Center and the Convention Center. (Surrounded by entertainment)
