This is one of the worst apartments on the block!! They do not care about anything besides rent money and late fees. They will tow your car even though you pay your parking permit and you don’t cause any problems it’s like they are working with the city for their own financial gain! It’s pathetic the way this place treats their tenants! All of the ladies at the front office are very incompetent, the place is infested with roaches and stray cats on every corner!! the appliance and structure of the apartments are run down and need to be remodeled! Whatever you do find anywhere else to rent it would be better living on the streets than here!! Take heed!! This rating deserves no stars!!!

The people work in the office is so rude. They didn’t do anything when I need it. They wasted my time. They made the people come to the office and they don’t do it . Anytime I come there they tell me come back with no reason. This apartment so terrible. They are so rude. Don’t trust them. They don’t want to do anything and they try to make you come back too many times. I never want to live in here again

Communication with residents is poor. There is no feedback when a service is required. There is a lot of insecurity within the neighborhood. The common areas are totally neglected. There are mice, cockroaches, garbage outside the containers. The photos on the website are beautiful but here the reality is different.

For the first year I moved in these apartments, I was happy and the Management was good, they completed the work orders on time, since the renewal of my lease, they have started ignoring the maintenance reqquest, either they do it right or they even don't care to attend a maintenance request and I will receive an email that the work has been done on contrary they don't even bother to attend the work order. I don't know whats happened maybe the management has changed or what. And now I am trying to call them and no one answer, I more thing there staff have the reserved parking and they park on other non reserved spots to hold the parking for other people, which is not fair, it should be first come first serve.

I would just like to say through all my years of living I've never experienced the worst signs of prejudice as an African America male until I came and applied to these apartments. I've never in my life as an adult and living on my own experienced, applying for an apartment and meeting every requirement and still can get denied by a manager named mrs D. Just a warning to everyone who is applying to these particular apartments, that you can pass the background check, good rental history and pass job verification and you can get denied by the manager thus you paying 35 for an application fee and paying 145 admission fee and passing all the requirements can be all for nothing if the manager denies you. I have 2 employees who work for me which are all --------, process at these apartments was very smooth and quick with no problems with the same paycheck stubs as me, have no problems that I'm having. Miguel Alvarez which still works for me used to live in these apartments and I'm only saying his name because he no longer lives in these apartments also had no issue. I am a chemical engineer graduate of the Florida St university and ive never did anything wrong in my life criminally and I was treated like if I was thug when applying to these apartments. I look at the demographics in these apartments and I've never seen an african American male who's name is on the lease living in these apartments. I also speak spanish as my second language due to me growing up in east Los Angeles and are very fluent in what type of --------- and -------- that living here and I've bet let majority of illegal -------- with illegal numbers live here including illegal africans as well. I will be making a complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) on her code and ethics dealing with certain race and multiple media sources including the NCAAP, NAN (National Action Network) and the NUL (National Urban League). As an african American I believe in equal rights between each race. I hope nobody else experience the same type of prejudice that I've experience with these apartments. Thank you Tyrrell Smith

My husband and I found this complex at a much needed time. The process to move in and get everything signed was smooth, fast, and the agent (at that time) was awesome. Shortly after moving in, management changed and along with this came numerous other changes. Some good, some annoying, some bad. The summer was torture as the AC units are old and need replacing but they don't replace them. A month in 3 digit weather was hard but we managed. Once you use the heat, your utility bill will just about triple and the units don't hold heat or air very well. Our biggest problem became the beg bugs. The complex is completely infested. They say they treat, but our unit for whatever reason, never made the list, and was never treated. After various trips to the ER to get steroid shots for the swelling from the numerous bites, being forced to get rid of our furniture, bedroom furniture, and other items, we decided we have to leave. The good -- the new management is awesome. They worked with us, and responded to our complaints, needs, and even when the initial resolution wasn't doable -- they worked with us to completely resolve the problem. My husband and I no longer reside there but were able to leave with a positive feeling, rather than negative. While my husband and I wouldn't suggest moving to this complex unless you have the ability to combat the infestation, we can and will say the current management is trustworthy and friendly. They are family oriented and will work with you.

office staff is terribly rude. the manager is never available. then when u walk in the office all of the staff is gathered around the managers desk gossiping. I recently moved here and my first day in the apt I noticed my apt wasn't previously cleaned from the recent ppl who moved out, there was pee all around my toilet, dental floss etc was left in the restroom drawers trash and dirt around the apt. I was never able to view the apt until the day that I moved in. also to put the icing on the cake on my move in date they told me I only could move in after 5pm!!! that's when the apt would be ready. the stove that the put in my apt unit the plug didn't even fit the outlet in the wall and they just threw the stove in there and let me move there. then the office was closed that saturday also sunday so I had to wait until Monday just to get my stove fixed. unbelievable that they would still let me move in there knowing this. I came to this place to pay the needed deposit and application fees 2 months ahead of time prior me moving in just to have everything done on time. when I arrived to move in the leasing agent informed me that my upgrades weren't avail and that I never told her. rudely she continued to go back n forth with me, when it was her fault she failed to do her job properly and notify the manager that I wanted upgrades. so I accepted that and she informed me that the staff would start doing my upgrades that following Monday and it would take 7 business days to complete. well 4 days has gone by and no upgrades painting etc has been done to my apt. I went into the office and asked for the information to be put in writing to confirm that they will complete my apt unit the rude staff and manager said no I cant put it in writing we will do it next Monday. this apt complex is horrible. the gates are always broken its infested with bugs. and on top of that its always loud music from neighbors driving by and the staff doesn't give a care in the world about their residents. the rent here should be $450. I wouldn't recommend this place. they have poor communication they never call you back, I constantly had to call and call just to check on my apt and they should be the ones calling me. poor business ethics. I was recently informed that there was a shoot out here and a child died from a stray bullet march 2015. not the place for a long stay. not the place for a family! (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS)

DNT MOVE HERE THESE APARTMENTS ARE BED BUG INFESTED THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IM MOVED IN TO A NEW APARTMENT AND BOTH WERE BED BUG INFESTED . LAST APARTMENT HAD TO THROW EVERYTHING AWAY NEW . ALL THEY DO IS TRY TO BLAME YOU AND SAY THE BED BUGS WERE NOT THERE BEFORE . I DID POST PICTURES FOR EVERYONE TO SEE THERE COMING FROM THE VENTS AND ARE ALL OVER THE WALLS AS U CAN SEE

Lived here for one entire year-- worst apartments I've lived in by far.. Let me start off with the fact that these apartments are infested with... Bed bugs. I moved in with a brand new bed, along with my kids bunk beds-- by the time my lease was up, the bed bugs began to leave nests in the headboard crevices. I threw all my furniture away-- and as I threw everything away, people were dumpster diving; so I'm assuming that's where the bed bug infestation began. On top of cats and dogs running around freely all day long, the people are just as obnoxious. They stand outside, smoke and stare-- it's a nightmare. Maintenance men don't do their jobs, on top of the women in the office-- they lie and make it seem as though no one has been complaining. Everyone is leaving because of the infestation of bed bugs and let's not forget about the millions of roaches that come out with the flick of a light switch. I don't recommend for anyone to live here-- I have been traumatized.

Beware of these trashy apartments... They are roach infested and BED BUG INFESTED..... if you ride around you will see couches and beds thrown in the dumpsters due to the bed bugs.. There is no point to tell them dumb broads in the office cause they gonna act like they've never heard of such things... Hot water was off for a whole month.... There are mice in some of the units.... So many roaches they are coming out of the plug outlets ... These apartments are disgusting I'm so happy my lease is up... I'm moving from this hell hole!
