I love living here and love the changes they have made since they decided to change the name. They only thing i dont like is that they dont have 3 bedrooms. I have lived here for 4 years and I think i might have to move. I have not made up my mind yet because my son loves it here too. The main change that i like is that they put cameras all over the complex. the people in the office are nice and maintenance is good. cant complain....

I have lived in El Sol for a year and my lease is up and wont be renewing but since i have had no major problem with them i thought i should write something. On the down side, the roaches are too many but the most disgusting are the wild cats which increadse in number daily and the machines in the laundry roams are crapy. However on the good part, my car has never been broken into nor has my apartment. When the ac brokedown on my birthday party it was fixed in a matter of hours...as it only needed more freon. It is fairly very quiet (i think i live on the side with one bedrooms and not many familes) and basically every body minds there own business. Yes there are usually police cars but...it is not managements fault if a couple are fighting. The grounds are also mowed every monday.

We moved in Westfield Apartment as a result of Hurricane KAtrina, needless to say with already feeling out of our element, we eventually find new ways to adapt to this new life that we were force to live. We signed a lease agreement with them and ended up staying about two years. After every thing had returned to some what normal, my fiance then, now my wife we decided that we would move back to New Orleans. We gave the apartment management the appropriate information, such as a thirty day notice stating that we were moving, along with a check dated for the month that we would not be there. We were convinced that we followed the chain of command before moving and that there wouldn't be any problems. Well once we returned home we began receiving phone calls demanding we owe money to them. Not to mention they sent over our information to some rude as hell creditors that are just as stupid as the apartment managers, because if they would have read the contract it states if the rent is late they lock you out! Well I guess we were locked out for four months. We were never locked out because we were not their!! So now we're fighting with these stupid Certified Recovery people who are no more than ---- about the situation AND ARE GIVING US NOTHING BUT ATTITUDES AND A HARD TIME!!! I would not.... I repeat advise NOT ONE SINGLE HUMAN BEING ON GODS GREEN EARTH TO RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THESE EVILDOERS!!! They are nothing but scammers!!!

This Place is the worst place to live, The management sucks they always overcharge you for some new things you do not even know, This place will make feel frustrated. I live here, I cannot wait for my lease to end.Now they have installed new fees that if you enter through the wrong gate or exit their will charge you 50 Bucks for every time you time you exit or enter the apartment through the wrong gate. This place is a nightmare. Their only care about the Money
